The attendant was very cheerful and had a great attitude, he’s always smiling. It sounds like he loves his job and it shows! I didn’t catch his name but he is definitely an asset to Icon!

Urgent assistance needed
I parked at 8pm, came back at 12 and it was closed. The attendant never informed that you close overnight. I also called and emailed to resolve this and no one responded. I would like my additional $45 charge refunded please.

Paid prior, lot full
I paid before hand and when I arrived I was told the lot was full. I had to spend more money to park at another garage and never got a refund from Icon. I would give this no stars!!!! Very disappointed.

the best experience within Icon Parking system inside NYC in the last several years so far! The parking lot appears to be quite small, so it took some more time for the staff member to move the cars around, so the waiting time was a bit long, however, an extremely positive impression.
