Good location to Radio Music Hall
Good location to Radio Music Hall. I like they have two entrance/ exit to enter in and out of the parking lot. The staff was quick and courtesy.

Employees trying to make fool to customers
Company made a loo pole for oversized vehicle. I parked my vehicle 3 times in 3 days with same Icon parking in different locations and booked and paid in advanced, but same company same vehicle employees asked me over size vehicle charges one garage employee OK with vehicle but other Garage employee trying to make us fool and trying to get some money in account of oversized vehicle. Please improve your system and add vehicle make and model in you advance booking system so nobody ask it again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversized fee will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
