This company is a complete scam, I have ordered a table from this company, they have taken the money straight away, I have now cancelled the order, no refund was given even though an email advising that I would receive a refund was sent nothing has been received, the number to call them is not connecting & they are not responding to my mails, they have ripped me off I wish I had did my research before ordering from them
Ordered and paid for an item, no confirmation nothing, this company are acting unlawfully. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Their reply is untrue, this is their second bad review and I still have no confirmation of money received, this cleared Monday morning, they are causing their own reputational damage.
Risposta di Iconichabitat
We have explained to this customer that his payment of £39.99 has not cleared as yet, it is expected on the 18th of December his impatience is causing reputational damage. We enjoy what we do, especially at Christmas time , Although everybody should expect longer time frames at Christmas. From this morning we have put in place a 24 hour payment processor which should aid with next day deliveries over this busy period. I also must stress that we have been in operation for 4 years and this is our first negative review. This item is also out of stock everywhere else in the UK.
We ordered a mirror 5 months ago and they've strung as along with one excuse after another. No mirror and no refund. Terrible service.
