Used IBB a few times on property matters. The last time has been the worst legal experience of our lives. The property practices totally messed up. The senior partner makes terrible staffing decisions, gave bad advice, caused significant delay and additional costs to us and messed up a lease extension thereby costing us a fortune and all sorts of consequential issues and losses. He initially blamed the other side but then the second he realised we knew he had messed up rather than resolving the matter he dropped us as clients and fobbed us off to a factory farm of professional indemnity lawyers we are still fighting with for over three years to be compensated. They are as bad if not worse than IBB. I hope the new owners Knights set a fire under these idiots to get things sorted but so far Knights are proving to be equally incompetent and to not give a damn.

We have had a very bad experience with IBBLaw. I would not use this company again. We used them for probate which was a little complicated and involved managing multiple family members. It took many years for this to be processed with not a very good level of communication. In the end the funds were distributed incorrectly and this has had a wider impact on the family.

We have used these guys for many years now for all our family legal and conveyancing matters and they are consistently great. Helpful, polite, professional and efficient throughout. We would continue to use them in the future without hesitation. Laurence and his team deserve the recognition- well done to all.

My son was represented by Fayyaz Alam from the Uxbridge Office who was super patient, thorough and professional throughout. His advice and experience together with his promptness, was of huge benefit to us during which was a difficult time. I would actually state that at times, it was like dealing with a friend who was a good listener and it felt like we had known Fayyaz for years. Never at any stage did we feel like we were 'spoken down to' despite our obvious naivety and lack of knowledge of the Court and legal system. That alone we further thank Fayyaz for and we would not have got through a very difficult period and rightful positive conclusion without his advice and guidance.

We used IBB Law on several occasions from Will writing and advice to complex house sale. We found them to be highly knowledgeable and specialist in complex legal areas. They always simplified things to help us fully understand detail which made it much easier to make the correct decisions. Their service levels were exemplary and I would highly recommend IBB Law.

I called IBB a several times between April and May 2024 as they are on the corner from where I work asking to get some costs to go to trial after I was arrested, I was told on multiple times I would get a call back and this call never happened. Luckily I found a solicitors that did respond and I won my trial.

I'd not waste my time even bothering to call them as the fact they do not respond makes me feel that they might not even show at court.

Superb experience in sorting out our new Wills and Recovery of Lasting Powers of Attorney following sudden closure of our previous solicitors.

Rachel Hughes dealt with our case and explained all aspects of the Will and recovery of the Paperwork.

She has helped us for a fair length of period from 30 Jan 2023 until now when the matter is settled.

Extremely poor experience. I would never use this company again

I had contacted IBB Law as listed on ACTAPS

I had assumed there would be a level of professionalism and politeness from such a firm despite, some rather negative reviews on various sites I had read.

Unfortunately, I will be adding to the negative reviews.

I have been ignored by three staff at IBB Law over the past eight days. Wasted my time and delayed contacting other lawyers waiting for IBB.

Not one member of staff had decency to recognise it is very draining to explain a confusing legal scenario by phone when you are only a lay person ( and not legally qualified) .
Potential clients call as they need help; they derive no pleasure in having to explain backgrounds on situations that are more often then not..... uber stressful.

 I spoke to two solicitors over the phone, was told there would be a call back... Wasn't called back, had to chase.
Sent documents which were never acknowledged .
I called the next day to enquire if documents were received, it was confirmed they had been recd, that another solicitor would contact me about case. 

Guess what, that call didn't happen either....

I had also sent another chaser email a few days later. Still, Totally ignored.

This level of dismissive nature from three staff members, says a lot about their commitment to clients care. .....

Made an enquiry with one of their solicitors for a very straightforward case, which has already had a success box ticked from by a barrister. He couldn't really grasp it on the phone so sent over the claim and exhibits.
Never heard back from them.
Useless really.

We have worked with Laurence and his team on our recent house sale and purchase and I would highly recommend their services. They are very friendly, efficient and easy to contact. They definitely made a stressful period easier to navigate and we would be very happy to use them again in the future.

I have worked with Laurence and team on several occasions now - mostly concerning conveyancing. They are a very professional and friendly team and are always happy to work through any particular unique circumstances you may have. Their local understanding and relationships makes things flow very easily too.

Recommended by my dad. Super efficient, quick to respond to emails and pick up the phone. Diligent. Thorough. Completed on purchase yesterday.

This is the worst team and company you can can ever deal with, they have cancelled my 2 weeks scheduled appointment just few hours before the meeting, and the Legal assistant was very rude and not clear in his requirement, this have caused me to loose my case and they didn’t even care, avoid them as much as you can because they will not help you at all, next I will take this matter with SRA
