As an early backer of this company, I am incredibly disappointed with both the product quality and their customer service.
​I purchased the Starship Powerbank, which became defective well before the 18-month warranty period expired. While I reported the defect a couple of months late due to a very demanding personal schedule, the fact remains: the failure occurred within the warranty window.
​Instead of honoring their commitment to product quality and supporting an early customer, the company's response was essentially to imply the product is designed for failure right as the warranty ends. This dishonest approach and lack of accountability are shocking. They are treating a loyal customer like a "businessman" trying to pull a fast one.
​If you are considering their products, be warned:
​Poor Quality: The product is defective and failed quickly.
​Dishonest Warranty Policy: They seem unwilling to honor the warranty, even when the failure happened on their timeline, not yours.
​Terrible Customer Service: Early support is met with contempt.
​I see they are currently marketing new products. I will make sure my experience with their defective quality and lack of customer integrity is known across all platforms. Save your money and choose a company that stands behind its products.

After using many of your projects I would say the thing I love the most about the Future Starship240w is its rugged dependability contained in a small size. The amount of power can be monitored in the smart display so I know exactly what I have, what I am using, and how fast I am using it. Having something small enough to carry everywhere is nice.Being able to charge multiple devices on the go is lifesaving for me!It will allow me to power my laptop and iPad while running ttrpg games with no trip hazard cables running across the floor.

Purchased a "stardock" powerbank. After a few days they sent me an email saying that they can not deliver even though they offer free shipping. I requested a refund and that was 3 weeks ago... do not do business with them.

Mauvais service client

J’ai passé commande sur le site de AOHI (numéro de commande : #9673), et après plusieurs mois d’attente, je n’ai toujours pas reçu de solution satisfaisante. Mon colis initial n’est jamais arrivé, et malgré mes multiples relances, on me propose uniquement un renvoi de produits dont je n’ai désormais plus besoin, car j’ai dû acheter d’autres articles pour remplacer ceux commandés.

Ma demande de remboursement reste ignorée, malgré ma situation financière difficile et le fait que je ne sois plus en mesure d’utiliser les produits commandés. Je trouve ce manque de réactivité et de professionnalisme inacceptable.

Si aucune solution n’est apportée rapidement, je n’hésiterai pas à porter cette affaire auprès du Centre Européen des Consommateurs pour faire valoir mes droits.

Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise tant qu’ils n’améliorent pas leur service client et leur gestion des litiges.

You sell a product, a 40,000 mAh power bank, all your advertising is done on the principle that it is a product which has 40,000 mAh and which recharges at 140 W and there you tell me that in fact the product only has 25,000 Mah so I don't understand at all it's false advertising knowing that I have already bought power banks from other brands of 20000 mah which recharge at 100 w and there I really have the 20000 so it's not normal there I ask or find a solution or reimburse me for my product thank you

The starship 140w charger it's a complete scam, stay away!

J’ai commandé un double chargeur USB/USC-C chez eux. Malheureusement on ne peut pas se servir des deux câbles en même temps. Malgré plusieurs échanges en e-mail avec une vidéo leur montrant le dysfonctionnement, le pire c’est qu’ils étaient d’accord avec moi, en fin de compte, sur leurs derniers mail ils me répondent que pour eux tout fonctionne normalement et qu’ils ne voient pas d’où vient mon problème. Donc bon vendeur à éviter.
