Ordered an item over 2 months ago and it still has not arrived. Don't believe their shipping times. Maybe it will get here eventually.

J'ai commandé il y a de ca 2-3 semaines, tout est arrivé en emballage séparé a des dates séparées... Enfin recu, full hate de deballer, au final ; Sérieusement degeulasse, je porte du médium et j'ai pris un médium (je baigne dedans) y'est vraiment pas beau (genre vert kaki et gris au lieu de noir) qualité vraiment mauvaise... pour l'autre gilet et les legging que j'ai commandé, complètement incohérent avec l'image sur leur site... bleu au lieu de gris pour les legging... gilet "de compression" plus comme zéro compression ... Je suis très déçu... Sérieux je me fiais pas aux review mais la faites moi confiance, elles disent vrai. Rien de plus que des gilets cheap faits en Chine 😡 Achetez pas sur ce site !

The items are made in China. So right off the bat you should know they're cheaply made.

I ordered two items to see what the quality was like and I should have known - it was horrible.

Their "Return Policy" is only if the item is mis-sized in which case you can only return it to get another cheaply made item.

Stay away from this company and save your money. It's not worth it.

Don’t buy... this is Pure crap, very deceptive business, Placed order and learned it was going to be 20+ days to receive. Did not receive confirmation or order # until I requested cancel before order processed. The made up a bunch of BS responses ie. It is handmade... It is China cheap using Wyoming business address. Once I received, 22days later, upon inspection of item it is Ill-fitting with some odd protrusions in the hip area... I am a large and by their sizing I needed to order an xxl, which is still to small. I brequested a return/refund and they claim to only offer return/exchange, but have a satisfaction policy, again total BS. do not buy!!!

Update: I did get a refund, I had to go two rounds with PayPal to do so, 1st my beef was late shipment and no confirmation. They denied me.

Round 2 “ item was not as described” BINGO! They gave an address where to send with tracking and 2 days after it arrived PayPal refunded me,,, had to pay shipping, but it was a small price to pay after dealing with these frauds. I hope this helps.

Despite the company website claiming to be based in Wyoming, the item will ship from China and take a month to get to the United States.

They refused to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I tried to return something and they said only if it was damaged or didn’t fit in which case they would exchange it. This is not mentioned on their website. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Website faq says it takes 3 to 5 days to ship in the US and it ships from Kentucky. I order my costume for Halloween two weeks early thinking that it would be here by then... boy was I wrong. After a 5 days I just got a confirmation that it began to ship. So I click the tracking number and it’s in CHINA not Kentucky as advertised. Emailed support and Robin told me it will take 5 to 15 days after it ships out. I said the website said 3 to 5 days and from Kentucky, why is my package in China (I sent her the screen shot of their faq) and she replies saying “it usually takes 5 to 15 days like it says in our faq section. Rest assure your order is sent please be patient” I’ve asked multiple times why it’s in China and why does the website say 3 to 5 days and have never gotten an answer to the questions, just a “rest assured it’s shipped”. It’s been 27 days since I’ve ordered my costume and it still isn’t in.

Ordered 10-11 for Halloween, did not arrive until 11-6. They say they are a US company but their products are shipped from China and do not allow refunds. Do NOT order from this company!

Do not order from this vendor!! Horrible experience. Site claims to ship in 3 days with a max shipping time of 15 days. I ordered in Sept 6wks before Halloween and got items in November. Tracking shows they only shipped 1 of 3 items in the 3 day window. The other items were not shipped until 2 weeks after I opened dispute with Paypal. A full month later! Received items after when I needed them, so useless, but wouldn't wear them anyway as they look nothing like picture on website, nor are they compression as claimed. They are just cheap poly shirts. One Thor shirt was TEAL GREEN, the other LAVENDER PURPLE. They were to be navy blue and gray. Horrible! And Paypal isn't helping because Seller shows tracking...even though they did not ship according to posted terms. Unbelievable. Oh, also even though they say US seller all over site, the packages come in little bags from China. You have no recourse. Stay away!

I would rate it 0/5 if I could... They sent confirmation that the product would be shipped within 3 days, but it took a full 13 days. They said the product was shipped from the US, and I received tracking for a package coming from China. Going on a month and still no package.. Never buying from them again.

It is a SCAM!!! THEY LIE!!!

In the FAQ it states:

"As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days, but usually the very next day after your make the order. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale when it might take couple of days longer but never exceeding 5 days."

I placed my order Sept. 6th. I received shipping notifications on Sept 9th, 13th, and 18th. Which means TWO of the items in my order exceeded 5 days by a LOT. I made the decision to purchase BASED on those dates.

They also hide on their site that things are coming from China, so you get it sometimes a month later. The website just states that it is a US-based company, you have to hunt through their FAQs to get even close to the truth.

Their stuff is cheap and crappy quality - their images are deeply photoshopped. When you try to return anything or complain, someone replies with useless canned responses that ignore your complaints and put you through a complex return process designed to prevent you from returning anything. Then, you get a notification that everything is exchange only anyway, something they ALSO hide on the site.

Total sham company.

Buyer Beware! Their merchandise is clearly unlicensed and all comes from China. They advertise they are an American based company but all their shipping is from China. My order took over a month to reach me and when I got it I was hugely disappointed. The quality is terrible and not fitness apparel at all. It's cheaply made from cheap fabric. No compression, waist bands are flimsy and the fit is very poor. I will never purchase from them again. Their most current website is MeSuperhero.com. Robin from customer service will make you feel stupid and impatient for asking where your paid for merchandise is.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this website 💯💯💯 Great product accompanied with great customer service.

Bad service, order took 3 months to arrive, did not receive the correct order. False advertising.
