I had a very disappointing experience dealing with i2o Retail regarding an Amazon IP complaint.

A complaint was submitted against my Amazon seller account for ASIN B0DHYYNHNB. There were no sales, customer orders, shipments, or inventory associated with the product, and I removed the offer immediately after receiving the complaint.

Despite this, the complaint resulted in my Amazon account being deactivated. I contacted the brand protection team and requested assistance with retracting the complaint, but resolving the matter has been extremely difficult.

I understand the importance of protecting intellectual property and fully respect brand rights. However, I believe situations where no product was sold or shipped should be handled with more consideration and communication.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the way this matter was handled.

i2o Retail has helped us prioritize our unauthorized sellers and pursues them within the lines of Terms of Service which is important to us.

They are also now leveraging AI to help us with insights on what the impact is, which channel moved first, and what marketplace or retailer is impacting our business the most.

Very aggressive work practices. Instead of communicating directly by email, they try to force you out of their way in indirect and disingenuous ways.

Scammers, trying to prevent you from selling products.

I only have 1 ASIN! But i2o was totally worth as they took by buy box from 20% to 95%.

The ROI was amazing

FAKE! Try to intimidate you and scare you to get you off certain listings on Walmart/Amazon. But theyre fake.

100000000% Fake Company Trying to Scam You. If you get email from this domain just ignore.

It is a fake, company sending intimidating and fraudulent messages and will be taken down if would not stop these illegal practices.
