Nothing is professional about them, they took almost £1800 from me and never gave me any informations, it’s crazy that they do not even have a refund policy. I ended up seeking help from a private sleuth named ( 247 easytracking ) who was able to assist me at low coste

Aaron Russell is a complete con artist. He rips his clients off and also attempts to mask his illegal activities by pretending to be other agencies. Do not trust this "company" with your money - they WILL rip you off! Furthermore, any work he does get is subcontracted out to other people! Be VERY wary of Aaron Russell and I=Spy Detectives.

This Aaron who runs it is a scam artist of the highest degree! Fake addresses up and down the Country. Runs the "business" from his car most of the time. No experience and just gives the work to random people who he has never met! Overcharges massively too. AVOID At all costs as it WILL cost you!!

Tried to charge me £20k to trace someone and get evidence
I emailed to ask for some help providing evidence on someone who has defrauded me. We needed proof of address and dates. They quoted me £21,999!!!!! And no cost breakdown of work that they would provide or hours needed!

Tried to tell me they had 571 agents across the country. Tried telling me that all work was conducted in house and tried ripping me of to the sum of £ 120.00 an hour for their lies! NOT to be trusted!!!!
Amazing how they reported my negative review and at the same time, three more "positive reviews" appeared. This firm are not as they proclaim to be. I have had a terrible experience with them and clearly, they are using fake reviews on here and other sites.
