Twice Wrong size, they don't reply to emails
I ordered shoes in size 40.5, but they arrived in size 40. I sent them back, placed a new order, always in size 40.5, and the shoes arrived again in size 40. After two days they are not responding to emails to understand the problem.

I am extremely disappointed with this store’s unprofessional and negligent approach to customer service. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my horrific experience:

• Placed order on January 11th
• Zero communication or shipping updates
• Multiple emails sent with NO resolution
• Customer service responds DAYS later
• STILL no tracking number provided
Key Issues
• Massive communication delays (3+ days between responses)
• Total lack of accountability
• Complete disregard for customer satisfaction
• Broken promise of order processing

🚫 AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!
