Superervaring met Thibault, die me van A tot Z heeft begeleid bij mijn aankoopwoning (van het budget en de kredietvoorstellen tot de handtekening van de contracten en verzekeringen). Hij is heel beschikbaar en luistervaardig, en weet de financiële mechanismen op een eenvoudige, duidelijke en altijd vriendelijke manier uit te leggen. Ik heb me gedurende het hele traject volledig in vertrouwen gevoeld!

We zijn enorm tevreden over onze ervaring bij De Hypotheekwinkel, en in het bijzonder over de begeleiding van Rich.

We wisten zelf heel weinig over hypotheken en hadden geen idee waar we moesten beginnen. Rich heeft ons stap voor stap door het hele proces begeleid en nam altijd de tijd om alles rustig en duidelijk uit te leggen.

Daarnaast was hij ook altijd bereikbaar. Zelfs 's avonds laat konden we nog bij hem terecht met vragen, en we kregen telkens snel een vriendelijk en duidelijk antwoord. Dat gaf ons veel vertrouwen en rust tijdens een toch wel spannende periode.

Zonder de hulp van Rich was dit voor ons een stuk moeilijker geweest. Bedankt voor de geweldige begeleiding. We kunnen De Hypotheekwinkel en Rich alleen maar aanraden!

J’ai été très bien accueilli par Monsieur Hugues et la prise de rendez-vous a été très rapide. Comme c’était une première expérience pour moi, il a pris le temps de m’expliquer en détail toutes les démarches à suivre jusqu’à l’aboutissement de mon projet.

Ses conseils étaient très bienveillants, ce qui m’a permis de me sentir davantage en confiance. Je me suis vraiment sentie entre de bonnes mains, avec le sentiment de ne pas être seule dans cette étape.

Mauvais résultat pour moi. J'ai reçu beaucoup de promesses de pouvoir me trouver un crédit; j'ai fourni toutes les infos nécessaires et j'ai dit plusieurs fois quelle était ma date limite; enfin le monsieur m'a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi, après un délai de deux semaines où rien ne s'est passé pendant les vacances de Noel. Ceci m'a mis dans une situation très difficile, et me coute très cher parce qu'il était trop tard pour trouver un crédit ailleurs.
Mon conseil: ne faites pas confiance, poursuivez une demande de crédit ailleurs aussi.

Super contact, conseils et explications de Rich et Thibault. J’ai obtenu un crédit hypothécaire avec un meilleur taux que celui proposé par mes 2 banques. En plus ils s’adaptent volontairement aux disponibilités des clients. Je conseille vivement et sans aucune hésitation ! Merci encore

De medewerkers van de hypotheekwinkel zijn op de hoogte van de regels, de mogelijkheden. Ze nodigen je uit bij elke stap die gezet moet worden en geven duidelijke informatie. Door met de hypotheekwinkel ik zee te gaan moet je niet alles zelf uitzoeken, ze nemen ontzettend veel werk uit je handen, maar geven overal duidelijke uitleg bij. Je kan er ook altijd met je vragen terecht. Onze samenwerking was met Céline en zij is echt schitterend.
