I can quite honestly say that my whole experience with Terry and Eleanor from selecting the right hot tub to its installation was perfect. This included the removal of my old hot tub which proved quite problematic but was neverthless completed within the day. well done team.

I have had my Master Spa swim spa from Hyperion for a year now and use it every day (as long as its not below freezing) Im not that keen… At 75 its the perfect way to stay fit. I swim until the pumps turn off, 15/20 minutes and then do some exercises for 6/10 minutes and that’s enough.

Hyperion arranged everything and made the installation hassle free, they are always at the end of the phone and have been very helpful in making ownership easy. I would highly recommend Hyperion as a supplier in what can be a complex market where you don’t always believe the sales pitch of some suppliers who just want to shift boxes, these guys supply a quality and caring service that you can rely on.

The hot tub from Masterspa is excellent and the quality of service from the small friendly team was generally very good but we would of appreciated being kept informed about the progress of the order for what is a very large purchase with a long lead time.
However, when we did ask for information we were always given the answer without any delay.
Please don’t let this one negative comment put you off as we shopped around all the hot tub companies in the area and Hyperion stood out from the start as the one to use, they are friendly and knowledgeable and we are very happy.

Terry, as soon as we arrived nothing was to much trouble. My husband is very old school and kept firing questions at Terry and he answered everyone with out hesitation. You can even try out the tubs before you buy. And when Terry and his colleague came to set the tub up, again was done with great expertise and professionalism. Would recommend Hyperion for anybody wishing to buy a hot tub, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great service no pressure to buy just honest advice, slight delay in delivery but kept informed throughout. Delivery and set up was very professinial they spent most of day getting it all up and running, good brief on how to look after it etc

This is our first hot tub so although we're only a couple of weeks in, we couldn't be happier.
Eleanor and Terry made the investigation into hot tubs very easy and we didn't feel like we were being sold anything at any point.
The site visit and the subsequent installation went very well.

We purchased a Master Spas Legend 7 from Hyperion and from start to finish, Terry and Eleanor were so helpful. We were having extensive landscaping done prior to delivery of the tub and Terry's advice was crucial for getting the design of a half recessed tub correct with dimensions, accessibility etc.

Install from Terry was very thorough and he spent the whole day setting up the hot tub as well as walking us through routine maintenance and use, he also left us with a starter pack of chemicals and some information on chemical levels; very helpful.

As for the tub itself, we literally couldn't be happier, we went for the Legend 7 because it had 2 pumps and what a difference the extra pump makes! We also went for a midnight canyon finish on the tub and so happy with how this makes it look like a rock pool. The lighting at night is excellent and the control pad super intuitive and easy to use even with wet hands. The bluetooth speakers are excellent and we use them every time. In terms of cost and maintenance, this is all dead easy and barely adds anything to the bill which in this day and age is saying something.

Overall we are so happy with our purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend Hyperion if you want an all round great buying experience and great after sales care with competitive pricing.

After doing a great deal of research we settled on Hyperion Hot Tubs as the company we would purchase our hot tub from. We found Terry and Eleanor extremely helpful and really went out of their way to help us select the hot tub that we were looking for. They answered our many questions and even arranged for us to "wet test" the model we chose in private after the showroom had closed.
Nothing was too much trouble!
So we placed our order and a few weeks later they arrived to install and set up our Legend 7. We were incredibly impressed with the whole installation process and it was completed the same day with a full explanation of how things work and all the important information about keeping the water clean and healthy.
We've been using our hot tub for a week now and it has exceeded our expectations. In summary, lots of features easy to use and incredibly enjoyable. We can highly recommend Hyperion Hot Tubs if you are looking for a quality product and outstanding service.

Terry and Eleanor have expert knowledge of their product and gave good advice as to which spa would suit our needs. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. After sales service has been excellent and rapid.

We started with the idea of getting a hot tub for the back garden, 4 months on we have a hot tub and a swim spa and an electric pergola over it.

The shopping experience was great. Both Terry and Eleanor knew their stuff, gave us good honest advice, and had the best models for the price. We arranged to do a test in their display models and Eleanor even managed to keep our young kids distracted whilst we bought. Pretty soon we upgraded from the legend 7 to the twilight 8.2, and the small swim spa to the 15D - with a covana legend to boot.

There was a slight delay with the swim spa and a slightly longer delay for the hot tub and covana - but no fault of Hyperion - they kept us informed and even gave us the use of a couple of their rental tubs to tide us over whilst we waited.

Getting the things installed was hard - we hadn't made it easy for them. No crane could get the spa over where we needed it to be - so Terry roped in some friends to roll it into place and lower it down into our pit. Not an easy job but Terry was methodical, had all the right equipment and paid great care to look after our investment.

Once in we had a few issues with the covana - faulty from the start - but Terry diagnosed the issue, chased the replacement part and as soon as it was in came to install it. Now it works beautifully.

After care was as brilliant as the shopping experience - Terry provided us with all the chemicals we needed to get going, detailed instructions and demonstrations, cover lifters for the hot tub cover that worked with our high deck and made sure everything was 100% working before leaving. Even cleaned up after himself!

We feel safe knowing that if anything should happen with either tub Terry is just a call or an email away from coming over - and he knows his stuff when it comes to maintaining these things!

Can't recommend Hyperion any more highly. If you are thinking of spending that much money you need people that you can trust and that will do their best for you and that's exactly what Terry and Eleanor have done for us.

I'd also like to add a more personal note. Within 2 weeks of having the swim spa my 3 year old has gone from not swimming to swimming against the jet on low - even trying without any floats. That has made it all so worth it.

Hyperion supplied and installed our Master Spas hot tub and provided an absolutely fantastic service. The whole experience from initial contact to the finished installation was exceptional. We didn't have the easiest access to the installation site but Terry and Eleanor happily worked around this, got the hot tub installed, setup and provided nice easy to understand training. Also very happy with the hot tub which is very well built, looks great and runs perfectly. We would thoroughly recommend Hyperion.

Pros:
- Knows his tubs inside-out and backwards.
- No 'hard sell' or pressure to buy something pricier.
- No hidden extras, unlike every other vendor we looked at.
- Absolutely meticulous.

Cons: None. Truly.

- We had an excellent experience renting a hot tub from Hyperion, so they were our first port of call when we decided to actually buy one. Terry talked us through options at both the low and the high end of the price spectrum and provided sensible advice without trying to nudge us towards the larger or higher-spec options.

Service & Value for money:
- On the face of it Hyperion's prices were much of a muchness with other vendors, but unlike the rest it was a solid, bottom-line figure - there were no additional costs magically appearing once we'd signed on the dotted line. The other vendors we looked at wanted extra for delivery, a bit more for installation, more again for setup, then chemicals, then a surcharge for it being a day ending in 'y'..... you get the idea.
With Hyperion, we paid the original price and then Terry showed up and took as long as it took to get everything done properly; he'd even prepared a crib-sheet to save us from having to do the calculations when it came to adding the right amount of chemicals to the volume of water in our particular tub!

(TL:DR)
Hot tubs are expensive beasts, so if you're going to splash out on one (sorry) then for goodness' sake do it properly and use these guys.

We have had our Master Spa Legend 6 since September and so far have loved it, it performs very well.
The service from Hyperion and Terry was excellent, we were kept well informed of delivery once deposited up to the day of delivery. The Install by Terry and his Dad went very well with a comprehensive hand over, only slight issue was the tub arrived with the wrong heater which Terry sorted out that day. After Install service has also been very good, Terry has been on hand for every query we have had to date. Thanks to all at Hyperion for making this hot tub experience so enjoyable 😁

From the start we felt comfortable with buying a hot tub from hyperion hot tubs. There was no pressure to buy but gave us all the information that we needed. The installation was professional and attentive. He allowed us to video his instructions for the hot tub.

I wanted to buy a hot tub as a gift for my wife for giving birth to my son after a very challenging 12 months. I was very certain that it had to be a high quality reputable and reliable brand with a wow factor. After shopping around, it quickly became apparent that Hyperion Hot Tubs were the optimum solution.

The entire end-to-end experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgable service throughout to help me make the right choice. Several weeks later, Hyperion delivered my 6 seater Legend 6 tub, with mood lighting and sound system to my garden and it was ready for us to soak in 12 hours later. A surprisingly impressive timeline given that demand in the UK is soaring!

Hyperion talked us through all the water checks and made it really easy for us by providing all the chemicals to keep the water safe. My wife also received a selection of vitamin and aromatherapy crystals to help with her recovery.

We love our new hot tub and use it almost daily. The jets are excellent and relaxing and the sound system is fantastic. The lighting after dusk is very impressive and makes it even more enjoyable.

I have already recommended Hyperion to my friends and family.
