Rebecca was very good at her customer service, excellent communicator, very calm and compassionate when I was distressed and frustrated whilst sorting a failed travel plan. Rebecca offered reassurance while dealing with a very difficult situation, and I believe these are the qualities a sales person requires to be able to serve customers. I also spoke to a few other agents who were equally helpful. I recommend Hyper Air Travel 100% as they will fight for you all the way. Well Done Rebecca!!! High 5 to Hyper Air Travel!

Ken from Hyper Air Travel was so so very helpful in untangling the complicated mess I made of an online booking. He very patiently listened to my problem, and in the most professional manner was able to get to the crux of the matter, surmount all the obfuscations of lastminute.com's wrong information and miraculously actioned my check-in which lastminute.com's links absolutly failed to do (lastminute.com would not even respond to my desperate phone calls - grrr!) Hyper Air Travel is truly an Experienced and utterly Professional Travel Agent +.
Also Hyper Air Travel would not accept any payment for the service they provided me - I will certainly use them for my next trip

An average agent with efficient customer service. Professional approach in every question I asked. Every stage of the booking was followed by an email. When I finally queried the airline I booked with I did not receive detailed explanation as I expected.I totally understand that agents cannot take responsibility for bad reviews on airlines platforms.I would have appreciated a more formal email with regards to my concern.I will put a more positive review once I have travelled.
