I ordered a shoe on March 14 2026. It said it would ship the next day but it didn't ship even after 2 days so I contacted them through WhatsApp. A person from their team contacted me and said that actually the shoe you ordered is out of stock and told me he would be happy to help me in showing other options in WhatsApp. He sent me a few images and our chat continued were there and his responses were very instant. I liked one shoe which had a higher price anf it was out of my budget but the guy there even gave a discount of 500 but it was still out of budget. I asked him to cancel my order and refund my money and he proceeded with that and I got my refund within 24 hours.

Worst experience.

I ordered my product on 9th November 2025 with a delivery timeline of 18-20 days. It has been almost 3 months and I have not received my delivery. I have been emailing them for refund of the amount, however even after multiple assurances over email, they have not refunded my amount.
I had marked the CEO of HypeFly as well but there is no response from him

Stay away from this scam website, I had to pay a hefty price to learn this. I was eyeing a rare sneaker which I couldn't find anywhere else, went ahead with this and boom a 200 rs quality sneaker delivered after 20 days!

They are fraud , Order will be super late , i paid express delivery charges but order came after 25 days . that too shoes are fake . Suggest do not order anything from them .

Honestly, this has been one of the worst online sneaker buying experiences I’ve ever had. I usually buy sneakers offline or from reputable sites like Crepdog Crew and never had any issues getting authentic pairs. But with Hypefly, the entire process went downhill from the moment I placed the order.

I was about to travel and needed a specific pair of sneakers quickly, and Hypefly promised delivery in 3-5 days—much faster than the three weeks other sites were quoting. That’s why I took the chance. Well, it’s been a mess ever since. After placing the order, I got no updates for days. When I reached out, they said they were running late but promised it would arrive before I left the country. They delayed it again and again, and two weeks later, I was still hearing excuses and even got a fake tracking ID. By the time an actual delivery option appeared, I was out of the country and had to cancel it directly with the courier.

Now, it’s been another month since the order was supposedly returned to them. They claim they never got it back and refuse to refund me. They ignore my messages and emails. At this point, I’m about to file a consumer complaint because it’s been a month and a half of nonsense. In short, Hypefly has been a total scam for me—never ordering from them again and I strongly suggest others steer clear too.

I raised the issue of receiving a fake item and requested a refund or exchange, I was met with the most egregious bad customer support I have ever encountered.

I have previously talked about this on Reddit, I had Labubu from HypeFLY iNDIA on 18th June and they mailed me shipping link but it's stiill not delivered yet! I tried connecting with them on whatsapp, only got autogennerated replies from them. Don't order from them.
