This honey has a very good taste. I detected a slight hint of anise.
I used it in fruit salads, and the result was perfect.
Having consumed it over a short period, I haven't been able to test it as an energy booster, but if I need a boost in the future, I will continue using it, given the very positive reviews.

When I saw the studies on Manuka as a natural performance booster I had to give it a try. Even though I was sceptical (not least about the price), I'm now in my 6th month of taking it daily and have to say it's worth it. I've noticed improved performance as well as recovery. Not an overnight spike, but a lasting, gradual improvement. I honestly suspected it might be more hype than results, but for me, HVNR has genuinely delivered.
