I have had minimal issues with Hush since subscribing almost a year ago. I love that new episodes of shows and movies are up so quickly. I would definitely recommend this service.

I signed up when they were chill tv. Within 3 weeks of getting my money, they "went under", taking my money and my service. The next day, I get an email from hushtv to sign up. When I go to their website, my chillTV credentials are valid, but when I show this to customer service, they say they are a different service. Then how did they get my info? Then why are they spamming me? Then why did my login credentials for chillTV work for hushtv?

Nothing but a scam and a money grab. I recommend reporting them to the CRTC ombudsman for violations of personal information (if they are different than chill, as they claim, they shouldn't have my info but if they are the same, than they should Honor their subscription). So which is it? Are you illegally taking my money or illegally taking my personal information??

Let's get them shut down for good.

HushTV is hands down one of the worst streaming services I’ve used. The buffering is constant and brutal — clearly their servers can’t handle the number of users they’re happy to keep charging. Funny how the streams can’t keep up, but their bank accounts seem to manage our money just fine.

The admin/support team is next to useless. Responses are rare, and if you dare to post anything critical in their chat, you get banned. Not corrected. Not helped. Just silenced — so other users can’t see the truth. That alone should be a massive red flag.

They advertise “no buffering” and claim to be “the best IPTV out there”, which is straight-up false advertising. It buffers constantly, crashes often, and delivers nowhere near what they promise.

Yes, it’s cheap — but that’s the only positive, and even then it’s not worth it. Spend a few extra dollars and go with literally anything else. This service is unreliable, poorly managed, and honestly terrible.

Avoid HushTV. Cheap price, cheaper service.

Beware

We have friends that have been using HUSHTV for a long period of time. I decided to give it a try. I enrolled for a month. I e-transferred $30 Cdn dollars. I ensured that before I sent the money, I checked with my neighbour to verify that the email address was the same email address he had sent the money to, which it was. I received acknowledgement from HUSHTV of my subscription and a second email with my username and password. The user name and password did not work. I have sent NUMEROUS requests to HUSH technical support for assistance. Crickets! That was approx. a month ago. It appears that my $30 is a charitable donation. DO NOT ENROLE WITH HUSHTV UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO DONATE MONEY FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.

The system is down!!

Based on the most recent reviews we can now determine that this is a terrible service.

It never worked properly! I’ve been waiting and emailing them for a refund for a year!!

They are quick to send nonsense promotional emails - but the support is non-existent.

I found a much better service - and it includes CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

HushTV is terrible and they just proved what I’ve been saying for a year.

Send me my refund!!!

No customer service once they get your money

They offered a holiday promotion where you could renew a friend's membeship for 12 months and get a bonus 3 months added to your own account.

I never received the three months and my friend received only 6 extra months as opposed to 12. Attempted to contact them via email 3 times, via their facebook page and I've received zero acknolwedgement.

They will take your money via money transfer so it's difficult , near impossible to have the charge reversed by your bank. They're quick to take your money but will not support their product.

I gave 3 stars because of a short free trial

I give 3 stars because I’ve only used it for approx one hour. The reason for that is I had a 24 hr trial that began in the evening, I was away from home the following day during normal business hrs. Hush may very well deserve 4.5, not 5 because like Chill they don’t have great support that I’m aware of without using another App with poor reviews. Now to the meat of my review, my Chill subscription ended early last year when it totally bit the bullet but there wasn’t info sent to me explaining what was up & by the time Hush was online & I received a discounted subscription to make up for my loss of service with Chill I had subscribed to another service that’s been ok, not great but ok & it’s about to expire so I reached out to Hush explaining my scenario indicating I will subscribe if I could have a free trial & it worked as good as touted in their email correspondence & online reviews, a free 24 hr trial was sent promptly ( impressive how fast that actually happened ) but it wasn’t long enough in my circumstances because it started immediately I guess & definitely before I downloaded their app, I’m baffled by that because all streaming subscriptions I’ve had began when I logged in the first time. I did not have their app downloaded & had trouble doing so, the following evening after work I spent 2-3 hrs trying to download the app via Downloader before I did so successfully, the problem was on my end & my android stick didn’t have sufficient memory to download it despite checking that before my 1st attempt & I indeed had approx twice the available memory but through trial & error & some help via google I actually needed 4-5 times more available memory than the size of the app & once I had it downloaded the app flawlessly & fast. I saw negative reviews here about similar issues people had not being able to download & I will assume the issue was with their device or at least on their end & not with Hush TV app. The interface for Hush is pretty much the same as every other IPTV service I’ve used, approx 8-10 & I wasted 1/2 hr trying to change the background colours because they are terrible making it difficult to read the text within, I’m not saying it can’t be done but I gave up on that so I could actually use the app before my 1 day expired which happened a few mins later. As for content I didn’t have time to explore. I end up with approx 30-60 mins before buffering began followed a few mins later with no service at all which I assume was the end of my free trial, I’m on the fence whether or not I will subscribe because I feel the free trial for 1 day was lame, they had to anticipate people have lives & 24 hrs & starting in the evening wouldn’t allow much time even if I was able to download the app right away. I may ask for another trial but this time for 2 days & see what happens, I want to subscribe but once bitten twice shy so to speak & I didn’t have sufficient time to actually use the App. The content did appear to be better in the on demand TV section than the service I’ve been using for 11.5 months. Tivimate is great but I wasn’t able to add my Hush trial as a playlist, I tried a few times while I was having trouble downloading their App but it kept returning an error each time I used the URL to download their app. I’ve asked Hush support if I can watch Hush using Tivimate but haven’t received a reply yet. Tivimate is worth purchasing a lifetime membership for less than $50 because it’s a far better interface & easier to use, it’s comparable to a cable TV guide which is far better than the interface for all IPTV apps I’ve used. I’m hoping to give 4-5 stars for Hush & time will tell, it worked great for 30-60 mins without any buffering, please read this Hush & help convince former loyal customers to subscribe again.

Paid for a 1 month service..

Paid for a 1 month service... tried for 3 days to download it and it never worked, at first the support answered my emails, but just sent "welcome" now there is nothing... lesson learnt!!! SCAMMERS Don't waste your money!!! Apparently no such thing as a refund!!! I think any positive reviews are BS!! Beware!!!!

Then, they promptly ran a major special to get as much money off of poor, suspecting people. They immediately cut off all contact and content. They basically took the money and ran and opened up under another name to do the same thing.

I paid a subscription and received no support, no help, and no service

I paid a subscription and received an username and password that did not work. I sent three support tickets Ticket ID: ESD-222483, to get help and did not receive any reply. My tickets are still open three weeks later and no service. I paid and I can't use the service. I have cancelled and have still not received any response from the company, no support at all, no FAQs, no instructions.

This company got my email and name through an employee that worked for someone else. I did not consent to that, I have unsubscribed multiple times and emailed them directly multiple times to stop contacting me and they do not stop. Absolute spam

lack of customer service

this has been ongoing for a month and a half now. still no response from hush tv. i don't know how anyone can say the customer service is good with hush tv not responding to anything. my problem is hushtv sent me an email to extend my service for another year for $100.00 which i did and after they didn't pick the funds up after a month it was returned to me. they suspended my service which is paid up until dec 24 2025 because i didn't send the funds again

I MAY BE ONLY 1 VOICE BUT SOCIAL MEDIA HAS PLENTY OF VOICES AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN PUT AN END TO YOUR MONEY GRABBING SERVICE AND RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. I was an existing customer for chill and hush tv

I was an existing customer for chill tv and switched over to hush. I recently renewed my subscription with them April 5, 2025. We have contacted them daily as still have not received any login credentials. We are getting the total runaround and have supplied them with everything they have asked for. We hey basically took my money and have ignored us since. This is totally crap. It is not worth the crap they have put us through let alone taking our money. Very dissatisfied with this and am out money because they don’t give a crap about customers. I would really appreciate my money back and apology but can pretty much say I’ll be ignored again

I switched from an iptv service for…

I switched from an iptv service for lack of support to Hushtv 4 months ago. I quickly found out that there is also no support here with Hushtv. It was wonderful for 3 months, no buffering at all and the quality was....WOW. That was Dec.1/24. After 3 months the buffering started. A little at first and buy the end of this last week it was just about impossible to watch anything. However, yesterday it cleared up a bit and just in time to get another email saying "Last chance" to get another 12 months of service (added to my remaining 8 months). I guess I didn't respond fast enough for them as today we can't connect to them any more.

A coworker suggested HushTV, and I’m so glad I listened. I’ve been catching up on Spanish telenovelas on my tablet during my lunch breaks—the streams are quick to load, even on my spotty office Wi-Fi!
