Found a beautiful dress on Hurleys at a great price, having seen the same dress at a much higher price on other websites. The dress is made well, lovely material and fits perfectly. It was packaged well and arrived promptly. Can't wait to wear it to a wedding.

Ordered jogging bottoms 21 January, obviously In stock. Just got message saying they gave just found out they are not in stock now. This was my first and last order with this company. Really dissatisfied with the service.Also how can it take this long to realise items are not in stock.

Unfortunately, while we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, we occasionally experience stock discrepancies. Particularly during busy sale periods when order volumes are much higher than usual, orders may not be physically picked and verified until the following working day. We always carry out a final stock check before dispatch, and we want to be 100% certain an item is unavailable before contacting a customer, which can sometimes cause a delay in notifying you.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this caused, especially as this was your first order with us. This certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’re continually working to improve our stock management processes to help prevent this from happening in future.
Great price, prompt despatch
Website was easy to navigate and to find the item I wanted. This was a great deal in the sale and I was then given a further discount. Postage cost was reasonable and the top was despatched pretty much straight away and was delivered within a couple of days.

Excellent Customer Service
Hurleys went out of their way to get my order correct. I ordered the wrong size and they were so accommodating. Staff were very friendly. I will be definitely be using them again and recommending them.
