We have explained everything regarding your delivery as fully and clearly as possible and escalated the claim that was submitted on your behalf. Unfortunately, when a claim is with the courier, we are not provided with updates during the investigation. We understand this can be frustrating, but it means we cannot give interim updates until the investigation is complete. Please rest assured that we are not ignoring you - it’s simply that we do not have any further information to provide until the process is finalised.
We can confirm, however, that your order has now been refunded in full.

Thank you for your feedback - we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Our records show that your order was processed and dispatched correctly, however, once a parcel is with the courier, the delivery process is unfortunately outside of our control. In cases where a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, we are required to follow the courier’s investigation procedures before a refund or exchange can be issued. We have done our utmost within what is possible to be as helpful as we can throughout this process and explained the necessary steps clearly.
Following the completion of these procedures, we have since refunded your order in full.

Hi there. I love going into this shop There is loads of room to walk round the garments. It has changed the shop around in the last 6 months or so and they seem to have a lot of more clothes to choose.Ive bought clothes from the ladies and the men’s if they haven’t got my sizes I just go on line and order. Staff are so friendly and very helpful.Also they have an outlet shop straight opposite which is sells some children clothes as well as mens/womans. 5stars
