Great product, great customer service!
The product is great, but what was really striking was how good the customer service was. There was an issue with delivery where my package got bounced around and couldn’t get delivered, I reached out and they sent a new one immediately, and was very commutative during the whole process! Most companies now just pass you off to an ai chat bot or something but a real person was responding and helping every step of the way! Very impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction!

I made an order for $700 a week ago and it hasn't even been shipped.. they keep giving me excuses.. All the tell is they made a label and it hasn't been picked up by USPS... I think I may have been scammed... 8 made my order January 7th..

This company was completely random to me.
I took a chance and I Won! Great product, love the Afghan temple balls. Costumer service (Mike) is awesome and super quick and personal. Shipping was good and arrived well packaged and labeled. Even come with the Lab report!

I’ve tried quite a few different places…
I’ve tried quite a few different places and they all seem to have the “Burntwire” taste, not good!
So far everything I’ve tried Hurcann has been exceptional, great taste/flavor sometimes dry but a little piece of lettuce will take care of that! Ya got a repeat customer here.

Great people with a great product
So I like to think I have a very special relationship with this company, I asked them for some assistance and they helped me when so many other companies wouldn’t even answer my email. So these people care and that’s important. The product is just as good as the people, I have had maybe three or four different kinds of Hash, from three or four different companies in the last couple months I suppose and this is the best stuff I’ve gotten so far. I’m definitely going to be coming back for more.
