I loved their spearmint and thymea tea but for olive leaf tea i felt that it was stale or maybe expired but i think i need to brew it longer i guess; overall, i like their quality.

My first experience shopping with them
My first experience shopping with them. The product quality is good but their delivery & customer services are horrible. Recieved my order after 3.5 weeks. ! They don't send shipping update via an email or respond to the given number for days.
Not going to order from them again although they offer good quality dry fruits.

Thanks for the detailed review. We apologise for the delayed delivery and unresponsiveness over email/WhatsApp.
Actually, from 19 January to 4th Feburary, there were strikes across Gilgit Baltistan, due to which internet connections were blocked/unavailable and our operations were disrupted. We made sure to ship as soon as possible when the services were available.
Usually, the delivery takes 3-5 days once shipped. In your case, it did take 2 weeks for processing and another 3-5 days for delivery,

Buckwheat Complain
Hello, hope everything is well. i purchase buckwheat from you because it is gluten free. Last time, taste of flour was very good just like natural but this time the taste is sour. I think this time floor is not fresh and it is very difficult to eat.
Hope next time i will not face this type of issue. Otherwise your product price, quality, delivery method everything is good.

The Kashmiri Zaffran is original saffron from different valleys of Kashmir. They are slightly different from Iran's Saffron. If you had not liked the saffron you could have returned it with our excellent 7-14 days return policy: https://hunzafoodways.com/refund_returns_policy/
We did not receive any feedback once the product was delivered, we just rechecked both email and WhatsApp but no return request was made.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, your order was canceled promptly as Dandelion Tea was out of stock. The order was placed as Cash on Delivery order and hence no payment was made in advace. The order cancellation was communicated via email too.
So you can not accuse us of scamming.
Please use appropriate taglines for the reviews as "Scammer alert" and "bunch of scammers" may not be the appropriate words to use when a shop cancels your order for an out-of-stock item.

Good products as ever
Very good logistics and packing. Apricot, Shahtoot and Zarshak are good and clean. Zeera has much dust, we have to wash off with water before use. Can't say much about the rubinha honey, same taste as acacia. It is good if regular customers are informed of availability of fresh produce and best time to buy.
