The worst customer service I've ever come across. Bought a pcp rifle and hand pump except neither came with the adapter to attach one to the other. I was given zero advice when I bought it and the staff didn't seem to even know what they were selling!
After contacting them several times I got a response and a promise it would get sorted. That was months ago now with no help or response to my further emails.
Avoid this company, they're clearly just chancers selling products they know absolutely nothing about!

Returned a newly bought pistol which did not work properly 4 weeks later and not very helpful sent me back the same broken pistol with a gas cartridge stuck in it ,
Said they would send me another new one !
So I’m still with the Broken pistol which I cannot use so I’ve lost £230 thank you ! Not ! Sort it out

my son ordered me a huntsman m16 vietnam rifle on the 9/12/24 for christmas gave them the RFD info easy right. not for this lot two weeks later nothing my wife managed to get hold of them so she sent them a photo of my RFDs card now just short of a month and no rifle no money no contact they have taken the money kept the rifle and turned there back . they will not respond to emails or the phone . the nexed step will need to be the police .

After I placed my order online was looking forward to collecting my SLR in bb 4.5mm. Had a phone call the following morning from Anjali so day it was ready.
Had a wicked experience at Huntsman, rifle was ready and Anjali was excellent. Will do business again, oh, and I drove from South Wales. Well worth it.
