Terrific Service and On-Time Delivery

Outstanding Customer service
Customer service provided was fast and extremely accomodating. I purchased the wrong padlocks on the webstie and only discoved this months later. They issued me a full refund and I dropped the locks back to their friendly staff. Emilija was especially helpful so I would like to extenda special thanks to her. I could not purchase the Large EcoFlow anywhere else
I could not purchase the Large EcoFlow (4000w) anywhere in Ireland but here as no one else had it. For some reason my bank would not allow the credit card to work at the website, so I reserved it in the shop until I could get to their premises in Athlone.
The staff were very friendly, helpful when I got there and the price for the device was good.

I got in touch with customer service for a product that they carry, but not in the size I wanted. Paudie got back to me in this regard and went the extra mile to get the product for me, although it has a longer lead time, I am prepared to wait. He put the item live on the system for me so I could place the order and all has gone smooth sailing since. Thanks very much Paudie for your help in this regard.
