Great service ordered the wrong size emailed as instructed on their website and they replied within 30 minutes changed the collar size !
Collar and lead delivered quickly after New Year very well packed and presentation is great, lead and collar are to quality and very very well made, highly recommend this product

Easy to place personalised order, sent out as soon as they were back to business after Xmas & new year break. Which they made dates clear on the website & it arrived next day. well packaged & even a few unexpected freebies in the box.
I brought harness collar & lead, the quality is far better than I’ve found in local pet stores, lots of strong clips for different walking options & personalisation just adds the cherry on top for me. Fab company will be ordering another set soon for my other dog.

I cannot praise this company enough. The products are amazing. The service even better.
I made numerous mistakes when making my second and third order but they reached out to me to make sure that I got what I wanted and then fulfilled beyond my expectations. They even sent haribo in my box so my daughter is now a life long customer. The quality is amazing and I cannot fault. It also looks great.
