Good Service.
The service for help was kind and went out of their way to ensure the package would arrive. There happened to be an issue with delivery which caused my item to be sent back twice for reshipment due to a supposed delivery exception causing the delivery to be roughly a month time from purchase.

We are a small group, and there was a slight delay due to Christmas and holidays, as well as the shipping company delivering many orders. That is why your item arrived late. That delay is now over. USPS now delivers items to the United States in 4-10 days.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! The website promised that my items would be delivered before Christmas, or it would be free! Here we are the 2nd of January, and not even an email!!! These were gifts to family members that came from out of state, so now when they come, if they ever do, I now have to pay for them to be shipped!!! Also had quite the experience with the "buy 3, get 2 free", it didn't actually work just like that!!!

sorry for the inconvenience. Our items are delivered within 4 to 9 days. All orders from December 18th to December 27th were delayed in delivery. The reason for that is the delivery time of the courier companies due to the peak season. USPS Tacking indicates that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow. The Buy 3 Get 2 offer works when you put 5 items in the cart at the same time and this automatically works as a discount. We noticed that you bought 4 items first and then bought a new item as a second order, that's why the discount didn't work. But we gave you refund for 2 items. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. we also have live chat option if you have any questions contact us any time.
