This is NOT a government program — it is a complete and deliberate scam. They use fake scholarship cards, fake advertisements, and false promises to trap people. Everything they claim is misleading and deceptive.

I personally contacted multiple government departments, and all of them clearly confirmed that Hunarmand Punjab has no connection with the government. It is a private setup run by private individuals, nothing more.

Their entire model is based on fraudulent marketing. They give 2–3 people low-quality, second-hand laptops purely for publicity, while collecting lakhs and crores of rupees from innocent people in the name of registration fees. The laptops they showcase are cheap, used, and not worth the hype.

They clearly promised that the registration fee would be reimbursed, but when I demanded my refund, they flatly refused. Now they have completely changed their statements and deny refunds outright.

Worse, when I raised objections, they started threatening me, saying they would take action if I posted anything on social media. This behavior alone exposes their scam mentality and fear of public exposure.

This organization survives on lies, fake claims, pressure tactics, and exploitation. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no honesty.
