We are sorry to hear you felt that our pricing was expensive to attend site and install a new replacement Double Glazed Unit to your Lounge. All our customers are provided with a free no obligation site visit and follow up quotation prior to proceeding with the works and the cost for supply and fitting is outlined within this quotation.
Unfortunately, over the past three years we have seen relentless increases in glass production prices. The demand for available glass in the UK continues to outstrip supply and the input costs to produce glass continue to escalate. Of particular significance to our industry is the costs of the natural gases used to heat the furnaces and fuel transportation costs combined with sodium carbonate increases. Whilst as a business we have done all we can to absorb a significant proportion of these costs within our own margins unfortunately we are unable to sustain the pricing we were able to offer our customers three years ago and as such the price of a Double-Glazed Unit supplied and fitted has increased.

Fitter came at wrong time
Fitter came at wrong time, and left dirt on the inside window from. Told after lunch but came at 11.30. Very lucky we where at the property. But otherwise no issues.

Unfortunately due to the nature of glazing work and multiple jobs scheduled within a day the arrival time is a guide time and whilst we always endeavour to arrive within the approximate time given, travel between properties, completion of prior works etc all have a bearing on the days schedule. We sincerely apologise any inconvenience this may have caused however please be reassured that had no one been present at the property our glazier would have paid a return visit. With kind regards. problem with door lock…
had on hassle ,they cam to fix the lock ,it needed a new one also they replaced a gjass on my conservotory they phoned me to stay what time if it was ok with me,very good job ,also they fitted windows & doors in this property when we first moved in,very happy with the service

From ordering to installation the whole process was well organised. Very comprehensive site visit to discuss our requirements including building regulations for installation of new windows.
