Neurodiversity Training for Managers

I have had a look at quite a few different options for Neurodiversity training, and this is by far the best I have seen.
As someone who has AuDHD, I struggle sometimes with the descriptors (such as neuro-developmental condition) and I found the language within this to be the most inclusive.
I really enjoyed it and think that many of my colleagues will find this useful.

Highly recommend. Easy to use portal, with a great choice of relevant training courses. And also great admin support from Seb!

Our account manager Seb has been great. He is enthusiastic, extremely helpful and supportive, with great customer focus. When I have needed advice on how to do things, he has been proactive in showing me the steps to complete the action in future but has also always actioned the activity himself which has been really helpful to me. The system was really easy to set up, use and administer and the feedback from end users has been positive.

Human Focus is the sleekest e-learning platform I have worked with. Not only is there a vast array of modules within the Course Library, but anytime I needed some advice, Jeremy was always on hand to help.

incredibly poorly generated AI courses with some incorrect information, some hard to follow, some incredibly repetitive and difficult to engage with and learn from

The fire stopping course was informative but I feel the product is mis sold as you can’t issue a certification for works completed.
They say the course is IFSM and IIRS compliant but to issue a sign off certificate you will need to complete training with a different provider.

After speaking with IFSM they told me they can not issue certificates that it needs to be with a training provider other than human focus who offer the full service.

As always very informative and simple enough without diminishing the content and key point. I always enjoy Ian's sessions and looking forward for the new ones. Highly recommended!!!!

We have been using Human Focus for a few years now and always find them very helpful. The course content is very good and delivers what we need. The flexibility of online courses makes it very easy to manage, employees can complete while onsite.

Seb is always helpful and on hand to answer any questions I have.

Very professional company, very easy to work with. Course was informative and helpful. Put things in plain English and didn't bury you with technical jargon. The ability to certify harnesses and lanyards in-house is invaluable and is a significant gain in terms of flexibility and cost.

Completed the legionella course which I thought would be very boring. However they made it interesting, easy to read and easy to understand. Was surprised to say I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next one I can do. Thank you

We use Human Focus for a large chunk of our training needs. It is perfect as we can customise the training to suit the different areas of our business. Also excellent customer support and always answer any queries or issues straight away. Plus it's super easy to download what training has been carried out and what needs to be done for every individual. Very good easy system to use.

Online training providers with excellent range of training modules to suit every sector - which you can tailor to suit your own requirements. Excellent customer support to answer any query quickly. Reporting systems that generate both standard and tailored reports to suit.

Good power point and very clear instruction, also the assessment was not aimed higher than the assessor skill level.

The delivery of the refresh assessment and pace was critical for me and an underlining of the core values of good Health and Safety practices as follows.
