7-day free trial is predatory?

7-day free trial borderline predatory. Yes, they stated that I would be charged if I didn't cancel within 7 days, that is not my issue. My complaint (literally) is that they charge $39.99 "per month" if someone does not cancel within 7 days, yet they currently offer monthly service for $19.99. Do they have that little faith in their product that they have to charge double just to make money off those who lapse from their trial?
Not a good sign.

THEY CJARGED ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.

THEY ARE A SCAM

THEY ARE A SCAM, NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL.

Please do not use them, I tried their AI during trial and cancel during trial as their AI is inferior and I am still getting charged. It's been 3 months.... their customer service 'email' does not work & there is no were else to contact them. Save yourself the headache!!

After reviewing your case, we can confirm that our support team responded to your cancellation request on the very same day it was received and cancelled your subscription on April 15. You will not be charged moving forward, and you will continue to have access until the end of your seven-day trial period.

We understand that the cancellation page not loading properly created a poor experience, and we’re currently investigating the issue to make sure it does not happen again.
