I’ve had an excellent experience with Huma Air. Even though my issue was with a pcp airgun, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their approach was highly professional, with strong technical expertise throughout the process. The technician was extremely skilled and professional. I can highly recommend their services to anyone.

Je passe une commande d'un montant important en payant les frais de port . Je reçois un suivi dpd . Puis arrivé dans le dépôt proche de chez moi le colis est transféré à chronopost ( certainement à cause d'un choix d'économie) . De là plus rien ne bouge . J'essaie d'agir via l'application et j'appelle chronopost qui me dis que le colis leur a été transmis sans l'adresse de livraison. Mais malgrés tous mes efforts , seul l'expéditeur a le droit de leur transmettre l'adresse où le livrer . J'écris donc en anglais à huma-air qui me répond que c'est de ma faute car je n'ai pas contacté chronopost ( alors que je lui ai bien expliqué le problème rencontré en détail). Et le "service client huma-air" se croit intelligent de poster son suivi du colis où apparait " contacter chronopost"!
Ce message leur est adressé à eux : en tant qu'expéditeur ! J'essaie de leur expliqué cet état de fait ; sans aucune réaction de leur part durant plus d'une semaine ! Curieusement , ils finissent par me répondre quand je demande l'aide de PayPal . Alors ils m'écrivent un long mail où ils prétendent comprendre le problème de ne pas recevoir ma commande depuis plus 3 semaines . Et ils s'engagent par écrit : à me réenvoyer ma commande en express (si je ne l'ai pas reçu a la fin de la semaine). Mais bizarrement ils ne m'envoie aucun lien de suivi de cette réexpédition en express ! Plusieur jours plus tard , je leur pose la question et alors ils prétendent ne plus avoir la carabine commandée en stock . Évidemment : c'est un mensonge !
Ils attendaient seulement de récupérer le retour du premier envoi . Et le jour où ils reçoivent ce retour : ils m'envoient un mail me demandant de leur répondre si je veux qu'ils m'envoient ma commande . Ce n'est pas prendre le client pour un imbécile ? Car oui : ce jour là j'attends la livraison de ma commande payée le 6 Février , depuis 1 mois ! Et j'ai investit beaucoup de temps pour contacter chronopost et écrire à huma-air en anglais , de multiples fois , pour leur expliquer ce qu'ils devaient faire pour régler le problème !
MAIS AU LIEU D'EXPÉDIER MA COMMANDE EN EXPRESS , comme ils s'y sont engagés par écrit une semaine plus tôt : ils s'exigent que je retire ma demande d'assistance auprès de PayPal . Comme si j'étais un voleur ! Ou comme si c'était moi le menteur dans cette histoire ! NON C'EST LE SERVICE CLIENT HUMA-AIR QUI EST MENTEUR ! Car c'est lui qui ne tient pas son engagement qu'il a pris par écrit pour régler un problème laissé de côté durant 3 semaines . J'ai toutes les preuves de cela .
D'ailleurs , suite à ma réponse leur demandant d'envoyer ma commande tout de suite en express ( comme ils s'y étaient engagés ) huma-air a annulé ma commande sans même m'informer par une réponse ou un mail !
VOILÀ COMMENT huma-air TRAITE LES CLIENTS QUI LUI ONT FAIT CONFIANCE EN PAYANT UN MONTANT IMPORTANT !
ILS N'ONT AUCUN RESPECT ! Même quand on a fait l'effort de leur expliquer la situation en prenant le temps de traduire en bon anglais. SACHEZ LE PAR EXPÉRIENCE !

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die met je mee denken .5 sterren is eigenlijk nog te weinig

Great product. A must have tool for any airgunner. The order process was simple and efficient. Delivery took a couple of weeks but most of that was taken up in the UK customs process and that's entirely down to Brexit. I thoroughly recommend LMBR and Huma-Air.

Kwaliteit van de PCP onderdelen is goed. Alles past fijn en ik hoef niet te wringen.
De regulators van Huma horen bij het beste wat er te koop is. Goed verpakt en vlot verzonden.

Een optie voor verzending met PostNL zou ik zeer op prijs stellen.

After an initial problem when I received the wrong item and having a bit of trouble getting the correct item shipped, I'm happy with the my purchase from huma air as they corrected the error and reimbursed my shipping charges. It was a bit of a lengthy wait due to the slow shipping method used though.

Déja fait de nombreuses commandes chez huma, pour l'instant je n'ai pas eu a utiliser le sav, mais on en dit que du bien.
toujours satisfait, délais trés correct, les prix aussi.
J'ai commandé ma fx impact chez eux car je voulais profiter de l'upgrade et potentiellement me prémunir contre les problèmes qu'ont rencontré certains utilisateurs. Depuis je leur fait confiance et après avoir fait le tour de net, je reviens finalement chez eux.

I am having a terrible experience with this company. I made an order of 2,182.12 euros. After paying they told me that the items were not yet available because they were in customs but that they would ship in 3/4 days, 12 days have passed and they do not even respond to my emails and my messages on whatsapp, impossible to talk to them, I am afraid of having been robbed and without having an answer I will proceed to civil and criminal legal action. I strongly advise against buying from this company.
