Wow wow wow amazing customer service I phoned and spoke to Sarah at the Bridlington branch she was so helpful and friendly answered all of my questions nothing was too much trouble outstanding customer service and a real credit to the team.

What an easy experience even when I have a very bad credit score highly recommended

The loan application process was easy and quick. The approval was given and the money paid within 2 working days. They also gave a very competitive interest rate.

Very simple process, my oven gave up on me and I needed quick cash. I could have just withdrawn from my savings but it's always harder to rebuild when you've withdrawn so opted for a loan instead. Sorted within 2 days and paid out the day I signed my documents. Online contact form is very useful too, quick reply. Very happy with the service I received.

Quick and easy to apply. A decision to approve my loan application was made within the same and the money was paid directly into my bank account a couple of days later. Really simple process. Thank you HEY Credit Union.

I got my annual Christmas loan like I apply for every year. Patrick at Scunthorpe branch has answered my questions and been helpful for the last 8 years. He's a pleasure to talk to and he always kind and professional. It's nice to see his friendly face every year :)

Fast, helpful and affordable! From start to finish it took about 2 weeks to recieve the loan, was really surprised to recieve anything with how bad my credit is and this close to christmas. Would recommend to anyone struggling.

I love credit union I have had a loan for Christmas every year for the last 12 years and never had any problems. They are polite always happy to help the loans are processed and paid quite quickly and the rates are great.
