Shop sold a faulty bb gun, when I went back to return it 2 days later with the receipt, they refused to refund me. Dodgy business with illegal practices. Avoid like the plague

DONT GO HERE I got a screen replacement for a iPhone 15 pro the man doing the repairs in Cavan said it was 120 hrtz and amoled it is neither also started to bleed after less then a day of use and lag when I called he said I damaged it and it’s my fault and wouldn’t replace or fix the screen even tho it was faulty from get go

Don't ever buy anything from these shop because I bought a ps5 controller and I tried it but it was fake and most features wasn't working so I asked for a refund and they said no refund and I wasn't treated good as a customer. Please this. Is for your own good don't ever buy anything from there and buy something from a legit store.

I retuned an item a cover that did not fit my device. The recommendation from a Hugmie employee was incorrect. Unfortunately the customer service provided at return was far from ok. I’m not returning to this shop.

Very helpful and afforable lovely staff

My son accidentally put a tablet of mine in water. This tablet had some sentimental value so I rushed into the athlone hugmie store nearly frantic. The guy behind the counter discussed it may cost abit to fix but he would try his best. I was in the premises Wednesday and by the Saturday he had it working and functional! I was so relieved to hear he had fixed it. I am super impressed with the service they were nothing but helpful and super understanding. I would definitely go back again and would recommend anyone to their store

I bought a wireless earbuds for my son as a gift,but he is not happy with the quality of the sound and he’s not satisfied with the product,I went back to shop on Liffey Valley to return it,still on 14 days policy return/refund but they refused it because the case was open!Really-of was open because need to try the earbuds!
Send the email to hugmie contact adress with the issue and they refused aswell.
Even the customer service from the manager TI from Liffey Valley shop was a bad experience.
Never buy again from this company!

Purchased a PS5 LED stand, ordered yesterday at 3:26pm, it was ordered, packaged and with the driver within 30 minutes, arrived this morning, despite saying next day delivery was on orders before 1pm

Went to hugmie in Blackpool Cork with my daughter for a new phone, staff went above and beyond to help us, even my my daughter a free snow angel she was thrilled. Price was much cheaper than other shops like CEX, experience we had was exceptional, even offered to buy my daughters old phone. Definitely a 5star shop for customer service and products, will 💯 be back loved every minute Madison and Mistey

Went in to the New store in Blackpool Cork. Customer service was wonderful. I recently need a new screen saver (in my innocents… I thought I actually broke the original screen) Staff were so helpful. Showed me the various options, with no Hard Sell Tactics, which I hate!!!
I was happy, they were happy.
A great experience. Would definitely recommend.

I deal with Kai in the swords pavilion and hes always extremely helpful in his service. I recommend this store.

Staff are always fantastic and giving great advice in products. I have returned back many times for repeat purchases and will do in the future

Following day my daughter purchased a phone bank . Will need to try it out yet .
