Hi, I bought a ring from Hugh Rice. The way they treat their customers is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff are uber professional.
I'd highly recommend a visit to this shop, amazing value, superb quality and a lovely shopping experience.

Thank you will def. be returning to your store!!!

I don't know where to start but I'll give it a try back in 2020 I went in store bear in mind I was 18 at the time. I went into the Rolex part of the store looking at all the watches. Lily was amazing I can remember saying to her "one day I'll own a watch like this" during this time I was buying gucci jewellery but roll on 2023. I got my first Rolex datejust 36 for a birthday present. Lily got me a ballon and card for when I collected it on my birthday it really made it that extra special for me. every since that day I have bought tudors and breitlings from different staff over the few years. Every time I pass by I always walk in to look at the watches and to talk to the amazing staff. Without fail the staff always welcome me and have a chat it genuinely feels like a family.

To all the Team Thank you

Another visit to Hugh Rice in Hull today to collect my new Rolex. On arrival I was met by a female member of staff with a very nice coffee and made very welcome. The handover of my watch was again provided by the ever impressive and enthusiastic Kristian who makes the whole experience a special one. I can fully recommend and endorse Hugh Rice jewellers, top marks, superb staff.

Recent purchase of Mikimoto earrings. Extremely pleased with purchase. Communication was excellent from Hugh Rice Jewellers. Earrings arrived well packaged. I would definitely recommend to other customers.

Allun never forgot about the watch I had ordered since the beginning of Hugh Rice's journey with Rolex. Today, the watch finally arrived, and I went in-store to collect it. Allun took the time to explain how the watch's complications work, which was very helpful.

While I was there, the Hugh Rice team also cleaned my wife's earrings and necklace. I can't recommend their service and sales team enough. I have only ever shopped at there store and will only ever go here for any watches and jewellery.

Very decent and honest people to deal with.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful will definitely be back

First time buying from Hugh Rice online which was effortless. Great product, despatched and delivered quickly.

You feel safe. Buying premium watches and jewelry always comes with high stress when you search online or try to buy in unknow shops. So many scams and copies. With Rice family you know who you are buying from and thats priceless.

Excellent workmanship, helpful staff, nothing too much trouble and work completed promptly

Great price on a Montblanc pen, brilliant service from the staff.

I ordered an item from the sale. It was delivered within a few days. It was well packed and I am very pleased with my order. I'm a regular customer and I always get good service.

I purchased my second watch from Kristian at Hugh Rice Hull and would highly recommend.
Working in retail I'm always anxious when going back to a business I've had a great first experience with. This is because most fall into the complacency trap and you can receive a diluted service, just because you are an existing customer and treated as a formality rather than a customer. No such concerns here.
Kristian has an excellent knowledge of the product, infectious passion for the brand and is a great ambassador for Hugh Rice. I will be back !

Great product and customer service.

Professional fast service and a great price!

Ordering the watch was easy and at a great price , the watch was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Great company to deal with
