I emailed you and your customer service team answered with the offer of a free exchange which was a lovely gesture. Of which I have taken up with you. I now await the replacement. Thank you

If I could put a minus, I would. Ordered a coat well what got delivered was not a coat, I don't know what you would describe it as. Absolute scam! The fabric is like cleaning cloth type fabric and nothing like the style shown in the photo. Total waste of money. Jenny doesn't answer emails regarding returns/ refunds. Wish I had seen the reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, shop doesn't exist its Chinese rubbish

Disgusting quality. Product definitely not as advertised. Received a very poor quality jacket which had a hood not a big collar. Will not be returning the item as too expensive to do so. Require a full refund nevertheless. £37.95. Hope all this catches up with you and you get dissolved as a company. Huge and disgraceful scam.

Very happy with the goods that were delivered, until I received it I was unsure of the quality, but I was not disappointed, it looks stylish and the quality excellent, so I would recommend this company to anybody looking for fashionable cloathing

Customer service is excellent. I queried delivery of one of my items and responded straight away. One item isn’t to the standard I expected and I didn’t expect delivery from Belgium, my fault as I didn’t read the small print.

The sweater was as described it is soft and easy to wear, but looks more expensive

Both jumpers are not to size (TO SMALL ) bad quality shown as fluffy NOT fluffy also shown in Manchester but it is CHINA false rubbish ..

Soft leather, comfy

The wool in this top is lovely and soft. I was hoping it might have been longer however, as it looked longer on the advert. But overall quite a nice addition to my wardrobe.
