I would give HugglePets 10 stars if possible as employees Sarah and Holly went the extra mile when I was faced with a problem returning an XXL Dog Crate which was too large for purpose. They sorted the problem for me, saw that I received a full refund and that the Large Dog Crate ordered as a replacement arrived promptly. There were a number of emails and telephone calls all of which were treated in a friendly, helpful manner.
