As many other reviewers have noted, this website is a scam. Products take forever to come, and when they do aren't as pictured. They claim to offer free returns but refuse to honor their own policy.

Also, if you look at the five star reviews of Hue Gah on this site, you'll notice they all have something in common - they all mention a specific product (like the Pasadena Rug) by name, with every word in the product name capitalized. They also tend to come in batches, within a few days of each other. So almost certainly any positive reviews of this site are fake.

I purchased two products from them, a lamp and a side table. After a very long wait, I finally received them. I requested to return the lamp. I took it to USPS with the shipping authorization they provided, but it was not possible to send it because the package was much larger than the code they had given me.

All of this was handled via email. They told me they would issue a refund without receiving the product, saying I asked them to discard it. They mentioned they would charge a fee and refund the rest. Until today, I still have not received the refund.

The purchase was made on 12/21/25. Do not make purchases with them. They do not operate ethically.

Unfortunately agree with the other comments, items look great online and appear to be high quality expensive pieces. However they are basic items shipped direct from china, via what seems to be the slowest sea freight possible. Online delivery times are a scam, 2-3 weeks est. when ordered, still waiting almost 3 months later for the other half of my order to arrive. Prepare to wait months for your order to arrive.

Ambiguous copy leads you to think the product is stateside, and shipped from CA. Also, site leads you to believe they will offer easy and free returns. Bu they exclude almost every category of goods from a return and their product ships from China and is extremely low quality.

The Presley Bench is modern and easy to style. We use it in our entryway for shoes and bags and It's been very practical. Looks good without feeling overdone!

This store is a scam. On the website it says they are based in LA and everything ships from there, I was confused as to why it was going to take so long to ship. Once I got tracking I realized this was a drop-ship company that ships items from China. It’s a scam bc it’s not upfront with its costumers and it pretending to be something it’s not. I also did a quick google photo search and found the item that I bought in Alibaba for $16, HueGah charges $76 on their site.

Terrible, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du 27/11. Article venant de Chine publicité mensongère, aucun numéro de suivie, ils se moquent des clients alors que la commande était à 500€ honteux

The shipping and processing times are completely unreasonable. I placed an order on the 9th which had an expected delivery date of 18th-22nd. It’s the 27th and the package has still not arrived. While I know the brand doesn’t control the shipping, it took them so long to get the product to the shipper in the first place. Customer service was not helpful at all so I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card. I wish I read the reviews on Shop before ordering because I wouldn’t have purchased from here. Many people have had similar experiences.

Very happy with my bench but...
If you order something know that it can take 5 months to arrive . First I got the stool version of the bench in a bad condition ( cushion not well centered and stool not even with the floor) after more then 2 months of waiting for the delivery .
Joan from customer support was helpfull during that long time of waiting so after all I can say : happy with my bench :-)

Never buy anything, everything come from china, and it’s badly manufactured.
As a professional, I fully regret every items I bought.

Le Mug Set wow. They're heavier than I expected (in a good way). Perfect for my morning latte.

I placed an order over 3 months ago from this company, even though they advertise 3-week shipping. Total lie. After constantly tracking my package way past the delivery window, the lamp finally arrived — and it was a $300+ of paper masked to look like a lamp.

The lampshade was completely crushed, literally folded like an accordion. The base was scratched up, cheap, and looked nothing like what they advertised. It’s basically made of paper-thin materials.

I sent the company multiple photos and videos showing everything and asked for a refund. They ignored almost everything I said and responded with: “We can replace the shade.”
No mention of the refund, no mention of the damaged base, and what — am I supposed to wait another 3 months?

I had to file a dispute with my bank and report the company to the Better Business Bureau. This whole thing feels like a drop-ship scam: overpriced items, months-long shipping from China, terrible quality, and zero accountability.

Do yourself a favor and don't get scammed by this company.

I didn't think a rug could make this much of a difference. The Beverly Rug added style and comfort to my space. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
