⚠️ WARNING – Avoid this company ⚠️

Don’t be fooled by a company calling themselves “Hudson Claye” which was called “Hudson Grace” just a month or two ago.

I ordered a jacket from them and it arrived in terrible condition — stitching coming out, torn, and completely unwearable. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to ship it back to China at my own cost, which was never made clear at purchase.

After a long 5-month dispute with Klarna, I’ve finally managed to get my £65 refunded.

This appears to be a dropshipping operation selling extremely low-quality clothing and avoiding proper UK consumer standards. They also seem to change names, which is a big red flag 🚩

Please be careful and don’t get caught out like I did. If something feels off with a website, trust your gut

I would rate it 0 if I could. This is the worst company, I’m still in shock. I ordered a shoe which looked different to the pictures on the website. I tried to return it, I called the number on their website multiple times and no one picked up. I decided to send an email as there was no other way to return it, imagine my surprise when they tried to give me 15% store credit instead of a full refund! I had to exchange multiple emails with them over 2 days and their final offer was 60% store credit. I’m so disappointed because I wanted nothing to do with them after this shoe. Emily refused to give me a full refund. I have been forced to keep a shoe I do not want. I kept insisting I would prefer to pay the cost of the return for a full refund but EMILY kept insisting I keep the shoe. I’m so disappointed because this shoe was for a wedding. Don’t bother buying from them and don’t be fooled, you won’t be able to return the shoe though the website says otherwise!

Wife bought a bag from them. Never arrived. Customer service stopped responding. Having to contact card company to claim my money back. Best to avoid.

This would be a 0 rating. Do not buy from this company! The jacket I received is terrible and not as described and you cannot return items unless at great expense. I am trying to work out how to report them.

The shirt I bought was simple but well-made design it fits very comfortably without feeling baggy and it feels like a step up from typical fast fashion 10 out of 10

Doesn't feel cheap like some other brands. It is really clean and works good for both casual and fancy outfits and the material hasn't stretched out after wearing it for four weeks. - it feels like it will last a really long time and it arrived in great condition 10/10

Formally known as Hudson Grace and now conveniently changed the name due to the overwhelming bad reviews. Do not buy from this site the quality is poor and returns are not in the UK. They are not a UK based company. Offered me a 10% refund on an item that was £50 if I keep the item. I chose to pay the shipping to CHINA only for it never to arrive at the return address. Parcel is stuck in customs. Scammers!
