I am writing this review regarding a predatory charge from your app "Betaspik AI" (BetterSpeak). On October 16, I was wrongfully charged $38.95 USD even though I had canceled the subscription on the website. Your customer support team completely ignores my emails and refuses a refund, which violates Section 8.2 of your own Terms. My bank has already initiated a formal chargeback dispute for this transaction. Return my money immediately!

You advertised Very Strongly saying free course. Your AI avatar says " What Money it is FREE". This is false. You take all personal skill levels and email Id and then direct to Payment option page. This is absolutely wrong. Please remove the add and please be ethical in your adds. This is cheating people who already are challenge in the English language. STOP THE FRAUDELENT ADDS

Buyer beware - sign up for a trial and end up with a sneaky subscription without any notification!
Total scam!

As everyone else. Duped into paying £1.99 for one video and then subsequently charged for a subscription I hadn't signed up for.

Scam! I just realized they have been charging my credit card as a recurring subscription and I never used any of their apps!

I was able to create some videos using their software during the trial period. But, when I paid for a subscription, suddenly similar videos kept generating errors. Asked for a refund and they said, 'No'. Don't fall for their scam! They got me for a year ($900!!!!).

Absolute scammers/DaVinci.ai

It is clearly written in their refund policy that you can request a refund as long as you do it in 3 days after the billing date and if no credits were used.
Both requirements were met, got an automatic answer that my account somehow doesn't meet their refund policy.
Appealed that too, no answer whatsoever.
Will proceed with my bank tomorrow not because I hope I'll get that refund, but to prevent another scam.

This development studio already has a reputation for scamming people, such as with davinci.ai. I wish it was possible to associate all of their scam products to one review. They operate on requiring a card for a demonstration period, and then supply a complicated and misleading cancellation flow. Too many people fall prey to this. Scan anything you do for this company's involvement. Their way of operating intended to defraud and scam users.

Compré la prueba de una semana por 2€ (que no daba para nada casi) y luego se me cobraron 27€ automaticamente, aunque supuestamente estoy suscrito al plan Pro que cuesta 8€.

Prácticas cómo mínimo abusivas, cobrar más de lo que se debería + ambiguedad en cuanto a la suscripción
(si estás pagando por probar los servicios 1 semana no debería tratarse cómo una prueba gratis y cobrarte al pasar la semana, está pobremente explicado y lleva a confusión)

I have attempted to cancel for 3 months. They do NOT respond. They are a scam.

Got scammed through their free trial. They got unauthorized money from my bank account like i ordered their abbonement but i cancelled immediately. Noticed my bank and paypal right away to stop payments and get the money back. They wont answer to emails

They stole all the money in my acount, 7 days free of BetterSpeak and after that they, without my permission take usd 60 from my acount, that usd 60 it was what I have to finish the month, and I lose them, please taht every people know it, Hubx is criminal company

I don't know how they did it but my phone just got me to sign up to their chatbot app for a year, while it was in my pocket. I asked google for a refund, no help. I emailed Hubx customer support, no response. This is borderline scam!

SCAM! They stole 29.99€ from my card this night!
When I contacted their customer support to demand a refund, they completely refused to return my money, using automated and hidden terms to justify this theft. This is a highly deceptive and predatory business practice ("dark patterns") designed to steal money from users. Do not trust HubX, do not download DaVinci AI, and do not give them your card details! I am currently disputing this charge with my bank and reporting them to consumer protection authorities. Highly unprofessional and a complete scam!

Scam. Same as everyone else, tried a trial for $1.99. Went through cancellation process and now charging me anyway.

I cannot cancel my subscription or reach anyone. I have closed my charge authorization and will Report to my bank if another charge shows up. It is fraud.

Signed up for a trial, got auto-renewed into a paid plan, and cancelling is hidden on purpose. Had to stop the charges through PayPal myself. Deceptive billing — avoid.

I subscribed to DaVinci AI only because I wanted to test its AI video generation. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The generated videos were far below the quality advertised and nowhere near what I expected from a paid AI platform.

To make matters worse, my subscription was automatically renewed. I noticed the charge almost immediately and contacted support right away, explaining that I only wanted to try the service and had no intention of keeping the subscription. Despite this, my refund request was rejected without any flexibility or consideration.

This company seems far more focused on keeping customers' money than on earning their trust. The support team simply hides behind their refund policy instead of treating customers fairly. A business that is confident in its product should not have to rely on rigid policies to keep dissatisfied customers paying.

I regret ever subscribing. The product failed to meet my expectations, the customer service was disappointing, and the overall experience left me feeling ignored. I cannot recommend DaVinci AI to anyone. There are far better AI platforms with higher-quality results and customer support that actually values its users.
