It was very good to see all thr ranges, and try them out

From the moment we entered the store the professionalism and courteous approach shown by the sales staff was outstanding. Salesperson Linda was exceptionally helpful and her knowledge of the product was exceptional.

Delivery was very prompt; Jason & Adrian carried in and set up the furniture very professionally despite the heat; truly an SAS style operation.
Could not recommend highly enough.

I was given time to select what I thought was best for me and help in deciding.

Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Melissa explained all procedures very well including the most suitable choice of chairs and material.

From purchase to delivery everyone has been so helpful, friendly and polite. Melissa (Wellingborough store) was excellent in terms of making sure it was the right chair for our needs, along with her colleague, and nothing was too much trouble. The advice given in terms of best chair to purchase was invaluable. Ian and Paul who delivered our chair arrived exactly when they said they would and installation was swift and easy.

Great shopping experience. We purchased 3 items and at no time did we feel under pressure, both ladies (sorry forgot your names) were very helpful. We would highly recommend HSL Wellingborough.

We were told that it would take 10-12 weeks for delivery of our Stressless chairs but they arrived earlier which was great. Ian and Paul arrived on time with a phone call 20 minutes before. We couldn’t ask for better service.

We had a chair in the past from HSL and it has been a very good experience. Even when there was a problem, they were straight onto it. We’ve just had a chair delivered for my mother in law delivered by Paul and Jon from Huddersfield and again, a pleasant experience. In this day and age of virtually no customer service from most of the big companies or organisations, we couldn’t fault them. Lovely lads, explained everything and treated us well. Helpful and considerate. Come again boys when we get out next chair! Thank you for your quality goods, and quality people.

From entering the wellingborough store and being greeted by janice, we surveyed the rise and recline chairs. Guided by janice who listened to my requirements , she made suggestions as to what would work best for myself. Choosing my chair ( very nice indeed ) I decided to purchase. With some rather lovely add ons. Whilst we were sitting and discussing, my wife fell in love with the same chair but smaller, so we purchased one each. A few weeks later arrival day, where good to their word and time, the delivery team arrived. Stephen and Danny installed . Lovely polite and helpful guys. Now we are sitting ,luxuriating and enjoying our new chairs. What a huge difference it has made to our lives. Thank you all at HSL.
