“Supportive” not “frumpy”
My new sofa is just what I needed, supportive and not too low.
Staff in the Romford store were very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.
Styles may seem a little “frumpy” but with the right fabric the sofa fits right in 👍🏻

Very welcoming staff
Very welcoming staff, who did not rush us when we were making our choices. Dan was wonderful, making sure the chairs were the correct size and would have the features we requested. Lovely range to choose from. Excellent service.

Excellent Service
The two ladies who served me at the Romford store were excellent in every way. Pleasant helpful and friendly while being very professional.
It has the atmosphere of a welcoming friendly family with no pressure to buy.
I enjoyed trying out different styles of furniture and getting such helpful advice
And of course the nice cups of tea...

The sales staff Hayley and Elaine were very helpful and discussed fully the details of how my chair worked Explained the guarantee and insurance details.
The delivery was executed on time as predicted and Jack and Martin from the Reading branch were helpful.
