A very non-pressured environment in which to make a decision
The staff welcomed us, enquired what our needs were and then showed us the ranges that suited our needs. They explained each range and what we could purchase. We were able to ask questions and felt under no pressure at all to make a decision as to which range to choose - it was entirely up to us. A stark contrast to other stores we had visited. A very relaxed non-pressured environment in which to make a decision
