Arrived at HSL in Oxford, we where met by Emma who set us at ease with her friendly approach and helped with selecting the style of chairs we were looking for, her knowledge of the rise and recline chairs and sizing for each of us was perfect.

So helpful and informative about the different types of recliners and how to meet our needs. You can’t beat trying them! Thanks Emma at the Oxford branch.

The service we received today was very officiant, although we didnt have a half hour phone call before we had ten minutes the delivery was very smooth and I am very pleased with my new chair.

Not pushy to make a sale.
Relaxed atmosphere.
complimentary tea coffee while trying chairs, beds, etc.
Nothing was to much trouble.
The two ladies knew there stuff.

We had our settee delivered on 11th July
It was on time and Jack and Martin could not have been more accommodating. We're on the third floor of an apartment block.
They were courteous, efficient and very pleasant to speak with.
We are delighted with all the HSL staff we've met throughout our transaction.

We visited the Oxford store to look for an individual chair. We were greeted by William who allowed us to browse and try sitting in the chairs. He advised us of the differences between the Stressless models available and answered our questions, giving us a quote. Once we made a decision and accepted the quote the delivery was very prompt - less than a week!

From my first visit to the Store in Oxford in April through to delivery today, my experience was brilliant. Staff at the Store were very helpful, giving great advice and showing much patience.
I was kept up to date with phone calls about delivery date and time, with everything running very smoothly indeed.
I would certainly recommend HSL.

William was really helpful and knowledgeable,we tried the furniture we wanted and he couldn’t have been more helpful, he made us tea .and the whole experience was very good,this was in the oxford branch.we would definitely recommend.

We visited the Oxford HSL branch, Emma was super helpful and made us very welcome. We were offered refreshments and Emma explained the product range and she listened to and understood our requirements.
We tried many different chairs, the range of options is amazing. I found exactly what I was looking for, comfortable, supportive and I was able to get up very easily (something I've struggled with). Delivery was easy to arrange and I look forward to my new, comfortable chair.

From start to finish, our experience at HSL was faultless. William was very helpful with advice on finding the right chair to meet my needs, and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. Tea and biscuits were offered and very welcome. My new chair arrived within a few days and is already a comfortable and supportive addition. Thank you HSL for a great service.

We visited the Oxford store today and were greeted by Emma who was extremely welcoming and helpful, our choice of chair was made and then came the decision of fabric, there were so many and Emma was a huge help in not pressuring us. On the whole a delightful visit and we look forward to receiving our chosen chair....thanks to Emma

We recently visited HSLChairs in Oxford to look at their furniture. Specialist adviser, William, was on hand and very patiently helped us with all the information we needed. I browsed on my own giving me time to decide which item to purchase, which was appreciated.
I would most certainly recommend a visit to HSLChairs in Oxford and now look forward to receiving my new bed.

We visited the Blaydon Store today to buy a chair for Irma our friend .The staff were very helpful and Suzanne and Emma ?.sorry can't remember if that's your name very friendly knowledgeable and gave us time to look around ourselves .The coffee and biscuits were a welcome treat too.Full marks for exceptional service ladies
