Very good customer experience when choosing and buying recliner chairs from HSL .visited the showroom in Newcastle staffs twice before purchasing.Given good advice, plenty of time to ask questions and try all the options before we decided.No pressure really to buy .
Upon delivery recently of our new Burrows recliner chairs the white glove delivery service was very good.we were kept informed of delivery times and Numan and Karl were most helpful in moving existing furniture around and placing the nee chairs in situ.
So far very pleased with HSL and thr new recliner chairs and would recommend .

Lovely staff who couldn’t have been more helpful, their knowledge of the products was excellent and made the purchasing of the right chair easy and relaxing. The choice of fabrics, design and price were very good, so all in all no problem in giving them a very well deserved 5*.

Arrived with my Sister who wanted to buy a chair and my daughter and 4 year old Grandson .As I entered I absolutely fell in love with a sofa and cuddle chair.The Staff were amazing very helpful and very friendly without the hard sell needless to say my sister purchased a great chair and l who had no intention of buying anything just had to order the sofa and chair All together a wonderful experience and my sister and I would highly recommend A special mention to Julie and Dawn who were exceptional sorting my order Thankyou

The staff were excellent, friendly and very informative. We were offered tea and coffee, we weren't rushed to make any decisions and allowed to try all the different types of furniture.

The lady we saw was very helpful. Nice to be treated as an individual and listened to what we needed. Served coffee and a biscuit while we browsed the sample books for what material/colour my daughter wanted her chair to be. Pleasant shopping experience apart from the invoice!

John was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We explained what we required and he was very helpful advising and, most importantly, listening. There was no rush and we had plenty of time to digest what he was saying. We look forward to similar service when we receive our delivery.

First class service explained all very thoroughly

John and Mike were delightful. John explained everything so well and was so patient. No question was too much, we didn't feel rushed. Mike did all the heavy lifting and was so polite and friendly. The biscuits at the end were a lovely extra touch. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

We were greeted by David who saw I had mobility issues and had the door open ready for me. We were shown to the item we wanted to see and given a cup of coffee while he compiled the information needed, he clearly explained the options available and gave us time to decide if we wished to proceed. We couldn't have asked for better treatment, most definitely recommended. Ps. David makes a lovely cup of coffee!

HSL staff were brilliant from start to finish, they made my Mum feel relaxed, and there were no pushy salespeople.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for quality British furniture 10/10

The whole process from initial visit to store through to purchase,delivery and installation went extremely well and I am delighted with my new chair.first class!!

Expert delivery by the 2 guys who not only delivered on time but rang 20 mins before arrival. They also gave instructions on usage very professional

The chair was in stock so arrived the next day. The drivers were very friendly and helpful.
The shop assistant was also very helpful.

David and Mike came to demonstrate two chairs for me yesterday They were very kind and polite, friendly whilst being professional and everything went smoothly David was very patient explaining how the four motor riser worked and ensuring the size was right for my build I would highly recommend HSL

Having purchased from HSL previously we returned to view recliner chairs for my sister who has some mobility challenges. Julie the store assistant was patient, informative, caring & professional and we were happy to purchase a new chair.
