From being met at the door to saying goodbye to Andy his kindness, understanding and patience was exemplary. I was delighted with all the furniture available and very happy with the chair I have chosen.I will certainly return to the shop if anything else is required.

Alex and Craig delivered the riser recliner. Very efficient. Very friendly. They talked us trough everything we needed to know and we have had no problems operating the unit. We are very pleased with the whole service and we thank everyone for their help and care,

The Staff were very helpful even going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with everything chosen, material, colour blending and comfort.

Sales staff, Raechel was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy, which was just what my friend, who has dementia needed. He was also impressed with the offer of tea and biscuits! Now we just have to wait for the delivery.

The professional way we were advised what we needed in the shop and then the two guys who delivered it were Lee and a Carl F were very helpful and very respectful gave me a full rundown on how to use the equipment correctly, thank you very much to one and all.

We were treated respectfully and the sales person was very professional.
We were allowed to view all the products that were suitable for my needs with out being shadowed.
The hole process was relaxed. I hate it when you have a salesperson hovering all the time,like some other companies do. I would recommend this showroom to anyone who needs specialised chairs etc.

The assistant C lived up to the title....over a number of visits he was always willing to explain and advise, demonstrate the attributes of each style, the range of fabrics, etc

the staff at the Lincoln branch have been extremely helpful and answered all our queries with clear knowledge of their product . The delivery of our chairs was a very smooth operation again with excellent staff .

The knowledge and patience of staff member Richard John ensured that we my wife and I made a mutually satisfactory choice of comfort, style, support and material, and we ordered 2 x Compact chairs.
We had arrived with an expectation of ordering a three seater sofa!
I understand that Richard John's job must require him to allow potential customers to wander the store and sit on all sorts of items. Elsewhere, a salesperson would have left us to it, but Richard went the extra mile, stayed with us, explained the construction of various items, and encouraged us to check and choose/eliminate items until we reached a decision.
We were most impressed with Richard's patience. Alright, it is part of the job, but Richard was genuinely helpful and informative.
The word "gentleman" is reserved for such as he.

Excellent service. From the moment I first walked into he LIncoln store, I was made to feel very welcome, Raechel was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Most refreshingly these days, there was no sales pressure and I could look around at my own leisurely pace before eventually placing an order for about £8000 ( two leather reclining armchairs plus a contrasting "tartan" sofa and matching "ottoman" foot stool) as well as a few "extras" with more likely to be added later. There needs to be more shops like this with staff who genuinely care about their customers then we might see a revival in the HIgh Streets.
