The overall experience from start to finish has been exceptional,From our first visit to the shop we had a very pleasant experience with Richard at the Lincoln store who was very helpful and took his time to explain everything in detail.We were kept informed on the progress of our new sofas which arrived early and were delivered by Craig and Shane who were very polite and helpful.

We were so well looked after, all our questions answered and lots of valuable information given to us
We didn’t feel rushed or pressured and were able to sit in lots of different chairs to see how they comfortable they felt
Richard was friendly and professional and really understood what we needed and was extremely knowledgeable on all the products

From entering the premises to leaving we were treated with excellent service, we were not rushed and everything about the product was explained in great detail.

very patient proffesional friendly staff nothing was too much trouble especialy having to deal with a victim of parkinsons disease which the lady did very well

Thoughtful and interested, Andy had my best interests at heart and helped me to choose the right chair with all of the attributes I need. He also went to great lengths to get a fabric sample for me to take home. The ordering process was quick and easy with an explanation of all the steps leading to delivery. I cant fault the approach and service provided by the team in the store.

From being met at the door to saying goodbye to Andy his kindness, understanding and patience was exemplary. I was delighted with all the furniture available and very happy with the chair I have chosen.I will certainly return to the shop if anything else is required.

Alex and Craig delivered the riser recliner. Very efficient. Very friendly. They talked us trough everything we needed to know and we have had no problems operating the unit. We are very pleased with the whole service and we thank everyone for their help and care,
