Our visit to HSL Guiseley was brilliant. Polly who looked after us was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and a joy to deal with. We have purchased 2 Chairs and can’t wait for them to arrive.

Helpful and on time

Polly and Jade at the Guisley branch made choosing the right chair with my mum an absolute pleasure. They listened to our requirements, showed us several options, and left us to relax in our favoured choice to discuss together whilst they sourced tea and biscuits. Their expertise and friendly professional approach was a refreshing change. The chair we picked was perfect for mum's needs and looks fab. A proposed delivery date within the week was the cherry on top. Highly recommended.

Shop experience for my new chair was good and communication for delivery of chair and removal of old chair was excellent.The chair seems to be fine.
I had been disappointed by the lack of help when my previous chair broke down. Having to wait for four weeks for anyone to assess whether the chair could be repaired is unacceptable for disabled people

Absolutely amazing experience in your Guiseley store. Polly was fabulous. She sized me up straight away. We had a chat about my needs and she immediately seated me in my perfect chair. I sat for a while before getting the price. Honestly, I was a bit taken aback at the price! I needed time to think.
I took a few days and went back. Polly was, again, fabulous. Polly set me up in ‘my’ chair and the brilliant Sue made me a hot drink and brought biscuits! I sat for well over an hour to make sure the chair was definitely right for me. I did try a few different chairs to be sure but the 1st chair Polly suggested for me was the right one.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I’m pretty sure Polly and Sue would have left me for another hour if I’d wanted it.
I am very much looking forward to receiving my chair and getting my ‘dodgy back’ in order!

I was meter by sue i explained what i wanted to buy and if it would take over 20 stones, was asked i would like a coffee i said no thankyou. I looked at several high chairs and chose the Helmsley V2Grande chair in Berreni Check Blush

My elderly parents ordered a new bed, I was kept informed of the progress, it was delivered as expected by extremely helpful staff.
Alex and Tomas were polite and professional as were the staff when the order was made.
We were shown how to use the controls and what to do if a power cut happens.
All packaging was removed, overall it was a prompt and efficient service.

Dealt with John at the Guiseley branch, very knowledgeable, not pushy, took the time to listen to my needs. I tried many chairs and went back to the original one that John had shown me. We then went through the options for the chair, sizing, motor functions, power choices, coverings, Guard cover, the delivery and recycling. A very pleasant experience with no pushy sales pitch. Chair ordered and looking forward to it being delivered. Spoke to 2 other members of staff in the same branch and both were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Such a welcoming team at HSL Guiseley. Just hoping the colour we chose looks as good as we think it will. I’m sure they will be really comfortable. Eagerly waiting for them to arrive.

We had a very pleasant experience in the Guiseley store. Sue greeted us with tea and biscuits, and gave us plenty of guidance on the fireside chairs. We were able to browse with no pressure and eventually settled on the perfect armchairs. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was quick. The chairs look great!

Gordon and Phil delivered the last element of HSL's outstanding customer care when they arrived with our beautiful, tailored chairs yesterday. They not only ensured that I fully understood the operation of my Ascot double power recliner but also helped with clearing the space for my wife's new Glenmore Plain Back V2 chair. Above and beyond fellas; thank you !

Our half day with HSL was very rewarding. We were able to try all the different styles of chair and sofa and determine which suited us best. We could also see all the fabric swatches and try them against the chosen furniture. We were never rushed or coerced into making a decision. After 2 visits we were happy to make a decision - with tea, coffee & biscuits offered continuously! It was easy to park and the toilets were very clean.
All staff were well briefed on the requirements of elderly care!
