Friendly , efficient service. We were kept well informed of delivery and store staff and delivery were most helpful and informative .

We recently bought a bed for my mother-in-law from HSL in Guiseley and couldn’t be happier. The product is absolutely beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and clearly made to a high standard.

The shop was lovely and welcoming, and the sales team Polly and Richard were outstanding. Their knowledge and advice made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They were warm, professional, and even made us a drink with biscuits 🥰

Highly recommend HSL Guiseley for both their wonderful products and excellent customer service.

Gordon & Assad arrived to deliver our settee at the time previously advised, having rung in en route 20minutes or so before arrival. They were cheerful, businesslike and efficient and showed us how to operate our recliners before leaving. 5*

We visited the Guiseley store to possibly purchase a riser recliner for my husband. Polly, who showed us the armchairs, was very helpful and guided us in choosing the right chair, making sure the dimensions were correct with attention to posture and comfort. We were very pleased with our visit and did purchase a riser recliner as well as an armchair for me.

John was welcoming and friendly when we arrived in the shop. He did pressure us for a sale. He showed us te different chairs.
He gave us space when we needed to discuss the purchase.

Ian and Paul arrived in time, beautiful furniture.

Visited the Stockport store with my 89yr old mum & were welcomed with a smile & coffee & biscuits. Both ladies were extremely helpful in the purchase of my mum’s new recliner chair. This was followed up with a call from the delivery team to arrange a delivery date (ahead of schedule). The delivery team also called ahead on the day with an ETA & both Lee R & Carl F were extremely helpful & patient with my mum when explaining how to operate her new rise/recliner chair. She was extremely impressed with their professionalism & cannot fault the service she has received from start to finish. We highly recommend HSL for both their products & staff

Very polite delivery team Alex & Kieran efficient assembling chairs and explained the working of same.Overall the delivery was very informative and we were sure we could use the chairs safely

We were treated to excellent, friendly service by John, with ample time to try out different chairs, and to make up our minds. We were not put under pressure to decide, but were encouraged to look carefully at everything that was available. This helped us to feel happy with our eventual choice.

Staff in showroom at Guiseley excellent, nothing to much trouble and the delivery guys Damian & Carl was absolutely excellent, local company still family owned, please use them you won't be disappointed we was extremely pleased with the people and product highly recommended.

I took delivery of my new HSL Chair today and would like to highly commend Paul and Carl who delivered it. They were both very polite and professional and ensured that I was fully conversant with the operation of the chair prior to leaving. Overall a great service.

Carl and Lee were helpful moving my old chairs outside for collection before putting my new chairs in the lounge.

Everything went smoothly. Chris and Terry were on time and very pleasant, setting up the chair and explaining everything to me.

Ian and Paul delivered our very heavy electronically motorised recliner sofa today down our very steep drive on a warm day. They were pleasant and friendly and Ian assembled everything for us which looked like a very complicated operation. Unfortunately one of the remote control devices didn’t work but Ian reported it to HSL before they left so we are waiting a replacement which we hope we can get to work without calling HSL for help. Apart from that slight glitch, a good experience.

I bought a sofa from Hsl guiseley about 18months ago, and was highly delighted, so when we needed a new bed I went guiseley Hsl and they were really helpful, Ian and Paul who delivered our new adjustable bed were very prompt, helpful, polite and put the bed together, we didn't have to do anything, as the saying goes you get what you pay for, thank you to all the staff

We have passed the Guiseley store on a number of occasions but this time we took the plunge. Rather than a sales pitch the minute we walked in it was more like a visit to friends. We sat, we talked and we were given a cup of tea. There was no hard sell just an explanation of each of the products in the showroom. Needless to say we bought a settee with all the trimmings. We can only say thank you for taking the time John and Pam for the tea and biscuits. I hate shopping but it was a nice afternoon’s excursion. Thank you.

Good service in the shop, spent a long time with my husband getting the right fit.
There was a delay on the delivery time but when Alex and Craig arrived, Alex brought the recliner chair in and fitted it quickly

Advance phone call prior to arrival.
Gordon and Assad friendly and professional.
Minor hiccup with one of the controllers but a new one already in the post to me and a technician will come to pair it with the sofa.
It’s not hiccups that are the issue, rather, how they are managed and Gordon dealt with this in the same fashion as would the John Lewis Partnership and that’s about as high a compliment as I can give.
Extremely happy with my purchase and the quality of the product.
And it’s made in this country So doubly pleased.
