Friendly and knowledgeable staff, helpful. I was remembered when I returned after a couple of weeks. Good choice of furniture. Well made

At ipswich store, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, particularly Lucy. I am disabled in a wheelchair and she helped my daughter put me in 4 different chairs to ensure we chose the right one for my needs. I have had the chair one week and am very pleased with it.

My experience at the Ipswich show room was excellent. The gave a warm welcome and asked what I was looking for, offered coffee or tea.Explained all about the products, the different covers, colours, lots of information and helped me find exactly the right chair for me. Also helped to pick some other products to order at later date.The staff were Marie and Michele
Delivery was also excellent.

All the staff were friendly and very easy to converse with. Hattie was helpful on the telephone and in store as were Marie and Emma. Coffee and biscuits were lovely too!

We visited the Ipswich store today and purchased 2 lovely power recliner chairs and the two ladies, Lucy and her colleague, we met there could not have been more kind and caring, they are a great credit to HSL and I will definitely return to the store in future as it was such a pleasant experience.

Chair was delivered within the time frame given with good communication from the delivery company.

The two delivery guys Jason and Ashley very helpful and tidy. And right on time. And the lady in Ipswich made us a nice coffee while deciding on our purchase. Altogether a good experience.

The sales lady in the Ipswich store was pleasant and helpful, and she was able to advise on the different types of recliner chairs. The chair that I bought was delivered on schedule after 10 weeks (the chair was made to order in Norway), the delivery men were polite, and the chair is extremely comfortable. I would recommend HSL as a good company to do business with.

On our first visit to HSL Sonia was most helpful and provided us with brochures. On our second visit Emma helped us to choose the right sized chairs and completed the sale with the help of her colleagues. A most enjoyable experience. The chaps who delivered the chairs within the week, again were most helpful and made sure that we were happy with everything. We can certainly recommend HSL

Excellent professional and friendly service from Wayne + Alan. Above and beyond...they delivered chairs and then helped us with a new sofa settee that had been left yesterday, not HSL, without removing the ties on setting up the bed!!! And another Thank You to Maria, in the shop, who helped us decide which 2 chair's would fulfill our needs. Thanks to All

The sales assistant (Michele at the Ipswich Store) was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. She also arranged for us to obtain a swatch of the material to ensure compatibility in our own home.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We’d been recommended HSL by a friend. We went to Ipswich branch & the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. No pressure with as much time as we needed to test the bed & try different mattresses. We wanted Hypnos mattresses as we prefer the natural materials. So pleased with the clarity & comfort of working with HSL.

Excellent customer service by Sonia & her colleagues who were both friendly & informative. Sonia talked us through all the options available & made sure we were happy with our decision before going ahead.

Helpful in explaining all available options. Provided a fabric sample and all sizes so we could see that furniture would fit in intended space.

Garry and Edwin. Delivered a sofa to my daughter's home which is a house for adults with learning disabilities. They were professional, courteous and polite. They rang me Friday with Monday's timeslot and phoned before arriving Monday as promised. Excellent service.
