Chairs delivered this morning by Jason and Ashley having phoned ahead. Very professional, polite, helpful and gave advice. Both a credit to HSL, very well done !

We found the whole experience to be very rewarding. The choice of furniture and upholstery was more than we had expected.
The sales assistant (Michele at the Ipswich Store) was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. She also arranged for us to obtain a swatch of the material to ensure compatibility in our own home.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We’d been recommended HSL by a friend. We went to Ipswich branch & the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. No pressure with as much time as we needed to test the bed & try different mattresses. We wanted Hypnos mattresses as we prefer the natural materials. So pleased with the clarity & comfort of working with HSL.

Excellent customer service by Sonia & her colleagues who were both friendly & informative. Sonia talked us through all the options available & made sure we were happy with our decision before going ahead.

Helpful in explaining all available options. Provided a fabric sample and all sizes so we could see that furniture would fit in intended space.

Garry and Edwin. Delivered a sofa to my daughter's home which is a house for adults with learning disabilities. They were professional, courteous and polite. They rang me Friday with Monday's timeslot and phoned before arriving Monday as promised. Excellent service.

We were welcomed into store on our two recent visits and were given the time we needed to make the decisions about our new furniture order. All of the team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered refreshments and were not pressured into making a decision. The whole shopping experience was calm and we felt like we were getting an individual service and the team truly cared about us.

What a fabulous company, from my first home visit to looking at the chairs and all my needs, they brought 2 recliner chairs to my home as l couldn’t decide which one l liked, they were so helpful and professional , and the choice of materials and colours was mind blowing , my chair took 5 wks to receive from my order date, and l couldn’t be happier, a perfect chair with everything l needed, super comfortable and beautifully made , l would 100% recommend HSL, l cannot fault them

The sales lady was attentive, polite, and well-informed about the product in which I was interested.
There was a good selection of chairs in the store that I could try out.
I was not pressurised into making a decision, and my overall feeling was that it had been a pleasant shopping experience.

Today my Husband took me to look for a adjustable bed, he a looked on his own all around our area, and thought HSL provided the quality we needed.
On arriving at the Ipswich in Ravenswood District Centre I was impressed with the way the shop was set out, felt like someone's home rather than a shop,very pleasant. The Ladies who cared for us were all super nice and friendly ,not at all pushy or condescending, thanks Marie,Lucy and Emma.

How I wish other stores would produce such a warm, friendly and accommodating service. All questions were answered truthfully and backed up
We are now waiting for them to actually construct our chosen bed / headboard, which means it has not been stored in warehouse for ages!!! Thank you for giving us a lovely experience.
Looking forward to a good night's sleep in my new adjustable bed!!!

I entered this store in Ipswich, Ravenswood, the ladies, Marie and Sonia, were amazing, they knew how to help me and guided me through everything, so friendly, brilliant service. Well Done, highly recommend.

My mother and I visited the Ipswich store last weekend and on entering were very warmly greeted by Emma and Lucy. We were looking for a specialist chair for mum who is now in her 90’s and who has very specific requirements. They went through the specifics of particular chairs after taking time to talk to mum and listening to her needs. They made suggestions and helped mum with certain chairs explaining why one may be more suitable over another. They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed and there was a no pressure or hard sell. Mum found her ideal chair and comfortably sat for at least 30mins with tea and biscuits enabling her to get a real feel for the benefits of the chair she was in. There was a vast range of materials to choose from and chair specifics that we could pick from and the after sale service was also explained leaving us feeling very well supported should there be any issues in the future. This was such a refreshing experience and allowed us time to thoroughly consider all our options for what is an important investment aimed to help improve mum’s quality of life. Mum is really excited to take delivery of her new chair and that is thanks to you both.

Visited Ipswich store where Sonia and Marie could not have been more helpful in assisting us in our choice of new furniture. They were attentive to our requirements and helped guide us to products that met our needs

The process of selecting the furniture was very good assisted through the process by Marie who was very helpful patient and considerate

From placing the order to delivery I found all representatives of the company extremely polite and helpful.

The two delivery drivers, Martin and Leon, delivered the sofa bed with care and efficiency with good humour.

When we walked into the shop we were greeted by the manager, Sheff, with a 'Hello darling!' which nearly made me turn round and walk out. I am not his darling. When I was trying to choose between sofa or chairs, he was extremely pushy and almost had the order form filled in before I had decided. He really pushed me into ordering something which I realised was wrong when I got home so I phoned to change the order. Luckily this time I saw the 2 assistants Marie and Sonia who were very helpful and helped me to change the order and found me a sample of chair material etc. But then again the Manager pushed in and invaded my space as we were going through the order with one of the girls. After changing the order I have been extremely pleased with the chairs I finally chose and the delivery, but the customer service from the Manager was appalling.

Our experience with HSL from walking in the showroom door to sleeping in our new bed has been excellent. The showroom staff were friendly and knowledgeable. What they told us about after sale happened all within the time scale
Our bed was delivered with the time scale and delivered and fitted by 2 very friendly and efficient young men
Apart from a new bed being in the bedroom you wouldn't have known they been. Thank you all for your friendly experience will shop again at HSL.
