Lucy was professional, knowledgable and so pleasant. Nothing was to much trouble for her during the sales transaction. She offered the best shopping experience
I have ever encountered. Lucy delivered a standard of service which should be a "bench mark" for other retailers to try and follow.

Having bought a chair from you before I know what to expect, good quality teamed with helpful staff to advise on size and fit of another chair, also help with choosing fabric and colour.

We visited the clough road Hull branch and the service we received was great, we explained what we were looking for and Lynne pointed us in the right direction and explained all our options, than left us to browse then when we ready made purchasing the items we picked a pleasure the other lady assistant was also friendly and made us a drink which we appreciated. Certainly cannot recommend them enough . Thank you Ladies.

The two ladies, Lucy and Yvonne, I dealt with were brilliant. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Explained all the various options available. Not to mention the excellent coffee and biscuits ! I mean how often do you spend lots of money and still walk away feeling very happy and with a smile on your face.

Craig and Danny made a delivery today, and explained the controls, they we're very good.

A very pleasant experience purchasing the chair

We tried every furniture shop in the area to no avail, before someone recommended HSL. We are so happy they did! The staff in the showroom are very friendly & welcoming. But not too pushy! Our whole experience was a positive one. Craig & Danny delivered our sofa & chairs today, well within the specified delivery date of 6-8 weeks from us ordering the furniture. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. We will be recommending this company to all our friends.

Very happy with all stages of the process. The ladies in the show room took so much time to ensure we bought the right chair and we were kept updated right up to ten minute before the delivery. The delivery men were equally understanding and helpful.
