Our chair arrived exactly on time on monday and is just what we wanted. So, many thanks to George in the Henley showroom for patiently guiding us through the options. ensuring that we chose the right chair. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We'd recommend HSL to anybody who's looking for their special chair, sofa or bed.

Antony was very informative and listen to mum who is 87 years old and has a stroke, he went through all the chairs available and advised us with the best possible one

Very relaxing atmosphere, informative and nothing too much trouble. We came away very impressed and happy with our purchase an look forward to receiving it.

Visited Henley showroom, greeted by Tony who was immediately friendly, helpful and charming. No pressure to make a quick decision - given the time to wander freely and find what suited us. Spent a good 40 minutes sitting on various chairs & sofas with our 8 year old granddaughter & left with plenty of things to mull over at home.
Returned a week later and made final decision on sofa & fabric with Tony’s assistance. Took a fabric sample home & found it did not suit after all. Returned the same day and changed the fabric choice. Tony couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. Now we are eagerly awaiting our delivery.

The staff were excellent. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Seeing the chair was useful too.

The salesperson was so knowledgeable and helpful. There was no heavy sales talk and we were encouraged to spend as much time as we liked sitting in potential chairs before deciding whether to buy one- which we did.

We went to HSL in Henley and were met by Kathryn who offered a free drink and as it was during a heatwave we were so thankful for a cold drink. We have had Stressless chairs for the last 20 years but my husband decided he wanted a chair with wings for when he falls asleep. We told Kathryn what we wanted and she went through all the options for the chair. Very pleased to be able to park at the rear of the shop. We would highly recommend the shop and helpful staff.

The showroom staff, once again, were helpful and knowledgeable, with clear guidance on delivery timescales and process. Today, our delivery team was Jason and Ben, who kept us informed of their arrival time and were courteous and careful in delivering the sofa exactly where we wanted it! Thank you all

The store is beautifully set out. Greeted at the door by Kevin and was shown around. Kevin explained to my 92 year old Dad about the chair and how it worked. My dad ended up buying a three piece suite (we only went to look). Excellent service, thank you.

Such a lovely experience, okay we were there to buy but nothing was too much trouble. The addition of a baby did not ruffle anyone's feathers. The knowledge of the assistant was excellent. After considerable discussion a decision was made. We could not have been looked after any better.
