The staff were welcoming, informative, patient , knowledgeable but not pushy, all pluses from a buyer's point of view. I'm hoping the delivery will live up to the showroom experience.

Great selection of products on display. No hard sale from the staff. Gave us plenty of time to try out the chairs. Very customer focussed.

HSL Glasgow were very helpful and thorough. Nothing was rushed or pressured. The assessment of the chair for my physical benefit was very positive. We were made very comfortable during our appointment with Marlene, and offered tea, coffee or water.
Altogether very happy with the service we received.

Two recliners ordered

Looking for sofa and recliner. Went to HSL in Glasgow. Found sales rep very informative but not pushing in any way to purchase. Liked quality and comfort so made a purchase.

And professional and allowed us time to make the right choice. No pushing a company agenda, and very Happy to take all the time we required.

Fantastic service from Maz and Natasha. Nothing was a bother, it took me so long to decide but these ladies were fabulous and so, so helpful. I can’t recommend enough, I’m delighted with my purchase and the lovely friendly “patient” service. thank you so much!

The first thing we have to say is , your employees in the showroom are welcoming friendly open They are so knowledgeable about all of items in the store not only stressless and chairs but right down to lamps and other accessories. An immensely good experience. Also down to your employees too was the fact they did not exclude my husband in conversations although he had several strokes and finds it difficult to speak and to be understood but with a little patience and understanding from your people in the store Michael (my husband) had an excellent shopping experience in short he was included in the conversation and sale. He normally has a great fear and dislike of shopping as he is generally ignored or treated as an imbecile even though he is actually the customer buying the chair. Well done HSL you have an excellent product and it compares with the premises and first class human beings (sales people)in your store. The store we used was in knightswood in the West End of Glasow. Thank you your Compny got everything absolutely right from the product to the sales people and the store, I would also say the chair we bought, (Adam) is in a reasonable price range for the engineering and design. What made our experience was the salesperson Daniel we weren't put under any pressure to buy we purchased to riser recliner chairs and twin settee to match overall a good experience also the disabled parking spaces outside the saleroom was ideal

We visited your shop in the West of Glasgow on Monday 7th September. We received a warm welcome from Marlene who is extremely knowledgeable about all products in the store, we wanted to try out a stressless recliner chair for my husband. All of the chairs were described and displayed to us in detail any questions we asked were thoroughly answered. Marlene suggested my husband to try the chairs for a reasonable length of time before deciding which one he thought he would benefit most from while I looked round the showroom, My husband put the chairs in preference with 1 being the best and so on. My husband chose 3 chairs although he thinks they are all superb the one he would prefer if we could afford it was Adam, we went through the price and payment options with Marlene. We also asked the waiting time for this model, we were happy to wait and decided to purchase this “Rolls Royce” of chairs. We cannot thank Marlene for encouraging my husband to try the chairs at our leisure there was no hard sell in fact it was a pleasurable experience in particular for my husband whom had suffered several strokes and isn’t at all keen on being out shopping.

Helpful and pleasant assistant who quickly approached us but took on board that we preferred to initially browse on our own as we did have a good idea of what we were looking for regarding size, style, comfort etc. but she was readily available to give us further advice and information when we asked for it. We purchased 2 Stressless recliners available via HSL Express Delivery. All staff within the store that day were pleasant and friendly. Delivery was yesterday so early days but these chairs are highly recommended by my close relatives who have had them for some years. Pleasant delivery guys who were very careful but I noticed they weren’t wearing shoe protectors as is indicated on HSL delivery info.

Was in store with my Dad, he was treated so well by the sales agent and time was taken to choose the correct chair for him/

You get a sense of high quality the moment you step inside the door. The prices are premium but that’s to be expected with high quality chairs and sofas. The store is designed for ease of access for mobility issues and the staff are knowledgeable and offer every assistance without trying to guide you towards the most expensive items. Bought an Ascot chair and matching sofa.

The staff and manager in the Anniesland Branch were very helpful. They were a credit to your company.

Great company. The only one I found that does all styles in three sizes. We purchased 2 petite chairs in our choice of fabric which will be built for us.
Jacqueline went over and above to help find exactly what we were looking for. Very happy customers
