made very welcome as we arrived at the show room and was attended to immediately. choose our riser/recliner chairs, I required Petite size and my Husband Grand. Along come the coffee and biscuits and a deal was done being very comfortable . Delivery was made on time and were very happy to receive our chairs, an explanations of how the chairs worked etc. We are very pleased.

Excellent service!! Communication about my delivery was EXCELLENT, Paul kept me in touch about delivery time etc. Paul and Asad were helpful and polite. They explained clearly how to use the chair etc. I could not have asked for a better service than this. Thank you so much Paul and Asad for a hassle free delivery.

Also thank you to all the lovely ladies in HSL Dewsbury for helping me to make the perfect purchase for my elderly dad, his new chair will help to make his life so much more comfortable. The lovely ladies made my dad and I feel so welcome in the store and were very patient and kind to us whilst helping us to choose the right chair. We really were made to feel at home whilst taking quite a lot of time to decide what was best for my dad, you could not have been more helpful.

I shall not hesitate to use HSL Dewsbury again.

The delivery guys Craig and Jed were very polite and friendly. They were respectful of our home and surroundings.

Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Took time to learn about what we wanted and were helpful with suggestions. Lots of choice of sofa design and great choice of fabrics. Nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

My 100 year old mother had a home site chair fitting with Debs and Billy from HSL. The service was excellent from start to finish, Debs and Billy ran through all the features of the chair and carried out all the necessary measurements to make sure the chair was a perfect fit for my mum. Nothing was too much trouble, and I’m confident that the chair is ideal and will make a bit different to her comfort and mobility. HSL have excellent products and Debs and Billy were great! We were greeted on arrival by Debbie. We explained what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. She answered all our questions with excellent knowledge. We also enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee. We would certainly recommend HSL.

Both delivery men ( Alex and Tom) were polite, well turned out, they delivered my RECLINER chair, put it together, took away ALL the rubbish, plastic etc. They plugged it in and positioned it exactly where I requested it to be. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Diane helped with our choice of furniture . She went through everything we needed to know and sorted material samples so we could look at curtains & cushions.
Excellent customer service.

Where do i start our experience was wonderful right from the very start of arriving in the store the ladies who dealt with us were so helpful & knowledgable it was a lovely experience even to the point of tea & biscuits so much thought & care & the delivery lads paul & jon so kind & helpful showed us everything we needed to know with our chair no rush just took the time to explain everything lovely experience from start to finish excellent & well done for anybody wanting good furniture give these guys a try ! 5 stars

Perfect from start to finish. Welcoming, helpful, coffee and biscuits, not rushed to make a decision. Told delivery 4-6 weeks and came in 5 weeks.

We were greeted by friendly staff, one of whom (Debs) even came out with an umbrella to escort us from the car park on a very wet day and Sarah made hot drinks and served chocolate biscuits. We were then guided through as to which height chair for comfort would be the most suitable etc before choosing the leather from a large choice of colours. We were able to take our time. Both Debs and Sarah were extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products.
I also needed to revise my order and rang HSL, Dewsbury on 1.12.25. Debra took my instructions and dealt with it very efficiently in a matter of minutes, emailing me immediately afterwards with an updated invoice.

Delivery made quickly and efficiently and both Alex & Tom were respectful of our needs and were polite in every respect.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Diane helped and advised my husband who has parkinsons disease, with a suitable riser recliner chair. Which she checked fit him properly, and let him sit in it whilst she provided us with a drink. Then measured me for a chair. We did not feel rushed at all, and she rought out loads of sample materials for us.
The only small downside is that Google maps directs you to the factory, not the shop.

Purchasing two chairs from HSL was a very positive experience from start to finish. The showroom staff were helpful and thorough, and the delivery men, Alex and Tom also ticked all the boxes. I would definitely buy from them again.

Everything was first class, the friendly and welcoming staff, the quality of the products and the sympathetic understanding of my needs.It was clear that this was a specialist field in medical terms and the staff went out of their way to make the purchase possible.
