I was kept fully informed of expected delivery time and it hppened.

Lorraine from the Cheltenham store was really helpful, got exactly what we were looking for, great service! Thank you.

The sales lady was very helpful.
My wife uses a wheelchair. and does not move easily.The sales process was calm and unhurried with a genuine desire to find the most comfortable chair .

Staff knew exactly what we were looking for and very helpful

Lucy was very helpful regarding choosing the right Stressless chair for us. Going through all the options from choosing the leather, colour, style, payment and optional finance.

We were served by lovely assistant called Jemma who was very empathetic and patient.

Welcomed as we entered and most helpful with any questions we asked,given lots of advice and left alone whilst we discussed our options with no pressure to decide. Spent a lot of time trying different chairs and given coffee and biscuits whilst we tried them a nice touch.

We were welcomed at the door by Lorraine, who then took charge of our visit, showed us to the armchairs we were interested in, and helped us choose the right size, fabric etc. She was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous throughout

Great experience dealt with by Jemma who knew both the product and the way to determine it's best use. Never pushed to make a decision, once I did the transaction was straightforward and competent, always with tact and in a friendly manner. Recommended.

We visited the Cheltenham store three times before deciding on our purchase.
Lucy was a very salesperson - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and VERY patient.
She didn’t hassle or push towards a sale at any point. She just answered all our questions and allowed us to take our time in deciding the best combination of furnishing to fulfil our specific requirements.

staff very welcoming - even to our large greyhound - and they were very knowledgeable and helpful especially Lorraine who directed me immediately to the perfect chair to suit my size and issues.

Came into the Cheltenham store looking for a new three piece suite. Jemma was very helpful and clearly explained the options. We ended up purchasing the three piece suite and are looking forward to enjoying it.

We were allowed to look round the store without being hovered over which was lovely. This allowed us to try out various chairs and decide which one we preferred before consulting an assistant (Lorraine)) who was very helpful, hospitable, and efficient in dealing with our order.

Wonderfully looked after by Jemma at Cheltenham, given time - and a coffee in a china mug, she really listened to us and we felt we had the space we needed to make a decision which included leaving the store to go away and think about it. She was very well informed and very alert to what we needed. Thank you.
